  • Relax and enjoy the peace & tranquility of your own pool, fire table, hot tub, yard games & covered patio. Close to the famous Fountain, dining, golf, bike trails, hikes & shops. Dining inside or out under the café lights or viewing the milky way from the cozy firepit & hot tub. Fountain Hills is considered a dark sky community so stargazing is ideal. Primary features king pillowtop bed, curbless walk-in shower and easy access to hot tub. 2 other private guest rooms, 1 additional shower. 2 car garage. Pool can be heated with 2 day notice and min 3 days of heat for additional $45 per night booked. If requested/paid Heated pool in Spring will be 82-84 degrees. Winter depends on how cold it gets over night, 75 if cover is replaced each night.

    The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

    You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

    The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Really beautiful home in a quiet part of Fountain Hills. Pool is amazing. The only challenge for a family is that there is only a single shower.

Great place! We shared with another family and the kids loved the bunk beds, there were lots of toys and games, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and we'd definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The great pool, the cleanliness of the entire home and outdoor area, the amenities, the comfy beds, the neighborhood and timely respones from Amy our host! Wouldn't have changed a thing and can't wait to go back. Loved it!

The property was very clean and nice. It included everything for a fun weekend. We ended up having to extend our stay by one day and they made it super easy. They got cakes, candles, a banner and balloons for my son and husband's birthdays. It was above and beyond. The pool was very clean, and the kids enjoyed it. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a Wonderful Time in this Clean and Beautiful House! It had Everything we needed. Amy, our host, was Very easy to talk to and helped us with a little problem that we had. Perfect Family Getaway

Probably one of the more nicely appointed residences we’ve stayed at. Great communication with the host and all the amenities we were looking for. Great pool area and residential location.. peaceful, private & fun!

Fantastic Getaway

We spent the Thanksgiving week here and had a great time soaking up the warm weather and enjoying the heated pool and hot tub. The house was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

This house is an AMAZING!!!!! So amazing that this was our second time we were coming out to Arizona and we loved staying at this place the first time, so we booked it again for this trip as well. It is SO RELAXING and PEACEFUL staying here!!!! Even though we were only guests for a short time, the house is so perfect……it feels like a home!!!!! Amy is such a GREAT host!!!!!! Her communication and helpfulness just adds to the experience of staying here and dealing with such “good people”!!!!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!!!!

Great house! Great host!

Very cute place to hang our hats for our extended stay. The host is amazing!! The area has lots to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as pictured and described. Backyard felt even more private than anticipated. Easy and constant communication from owner. Property was clean and well stocked with any item you would need! Great Getaway!

This was the perfect spot for me and my husband to have a little getaway at! The pool is perfect and the house was spotless! Would definitely come back! Communication with the host was great as well.

Very comfortable, clean Fountain Hills Home

Home is very comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Backyard was wonderful with pool and hot tub - very private. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.We would definitely go back.
