Loved the outdoor space with a great pool, mini golf & ping pong! Quiet & convenient neighborhood. Comfortable living spaces. Only issue was the shower control is an older style & little tricky to adjust to correct temperature. Would stay again!

Exactly as described. Cute house with very private backyard. The pool is lovely and the putting green is equipped with putters and balls. Excellent central location. Janet is a perfect host. Very attentive and answers questions quickly.

This house and Janet our host were exactly what we wanted. We had a couple of minor problems with lights and fans broken and Janet immediately deployed a very nice and responsive person to install new ones that she bought. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The garage situation was great for our motorcycles and trailer. We had a few friends and children visit along the way. The house is super comfortable and easy easy easy. The location is great - anything you want is nearby. There are a few things that are a bit aged..dishwasher isn’t great, cushions outside are run down, ice maker temperamental but it’s understandable given it’s a rental place. All in all just a great experience. Thank you Janet.

This property was ok. It could have been great, but there were some issues that I feel need addressing. Let's start with some of the positives first though. The pool was great! I loved how big and deep it was! A pool volley net would be an excellent addition! The house is very roomy, and the property is on a large, well manicured corner lot. The putting green and corn hole was a blast! Use of the garage was a huge bonus. I loved being able to get my new truck out of the damaging sun. Having house access from it was great! Now for my negatives. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn't the cleanest of places. Not dirty, but not clean in a dingy sort of way. Especially the area rugs and the older furniture. The outside on the other hand, dirt everywhere. The ping pong table and the patio furniture was covered in a layer of dirt. I understand there's weather, but it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. Cleaners didn't do the best job on the floors and showers. The beds were uncomfortable. They reminded me of hard lumpy old motel beds. Bedroom light remotes didn't work. Badly scratch cookware. The coffee was 2 years past date. Even kept in the freezer, that's too long. The cooking oil was over a year past. Janet was lovely, but her communication needs work. She would often take quite awhile to get back to you, and then just stop answering mid conversation. We were working on me renting another of her rentals, but she stopped responding, so I went elsewhere.

Fantastic house & location

Our family started at this property for 11 days during our cross country move to Phoenix. The house has a great location close to all amenities! Pool is fantastic and lots of games for kids! They left the garage door opener which is a must to park in the garage during the hot months. It was nice to have full cable on tv as most VRBOs just have a smart tv. Beds are comfy and lots of different spaces to gather. We had a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Was just as good as our previous stay. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The pool is heated and A/C works perfect for those hot days. Home is close to many restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a place to relax and dry out (if you're from the PNW like us) we highly recommend staying here.

Family Trip

We had a great time at this VRBO. We traveled with our two young kids (1.5 and 5). Having the fence around the pool was great with young kids. The pool was heated (still felt a little chilly - maybe not at 85 degrees like mentioned) and there is a lot of loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Two different indoor seating areas, three bedrooms, the patio and a huge kitchen were great spaces for us. My family really enjoyed the putting area as well. The water pressure in the hallway bathroom is amazing. A note for toddler parents - There is not a lot of patio space for busy little ones to play due to the ping pong table and foosball table being outdoors, and there is a decent size step down from the edge of the patio. We definitely still had a great time though!Would stay here again! Janet was great.

Good location to golf courses

Excellent location for a golf vacation. House is an older property but has been totally renovated. Swimming pool is heated to 85 degrees but we were there the first week of January. Wished the temperature would have been adjusted for the time of year. The only suggestion I would make would be to update the towels. Towels were white at one time but now are all stained and not very white.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice to have the attached garage and peaceful backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I will book this property again for future trips to the Phoenix area.

Hard to give review as we walked in and walked out. Did not like the neighborhood. The home seemed very dark with low ceilings. No real renovations. Room sizes were ok, except for bathrooms. Furniture was old. Outside area could use some love. Host was responsive on check in, but not interested in why we left. Just not what we expected with all the terrific reviews.

Enjoyable Backyard

The house was exactly as listed. The backyard was excellent with the heated pool, covered sitting area, putting green, ping ping table, foosball and BBQ. There was coffee and chocolates waiting for us which was great and appreciated. There was also a selection of spices which came in very handy. The house was clean and laid out as expected. The only comment would be to have better updated lighting throughout the house as it quite dark and dim at night. Other than that this house would be an excellent place to stay for a family.

Nice big pool and comfy beds

We had such a good time and were so happy we could bring our dogs. House is in Paradise Valley. A few things were within walking distance but most places we did have to drive to. All four adults commented on how comfortable the beds are -we all slept so well. Wonderful wild Love Birds across the way that sing in the morning. Kitchen could use newer pans, glasses and utensils but it’s nice big kitchen. Interacted with Owner a couple of times, she is super sweet and quick to respond. We will definitely stay at this location again.
