Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, just minutes from the vibrant attractions and nightlife of Old Town, our property is your ideal destination for relaxation, family retreats, or a getaway with friends. Unwind by our newly renovated and heated pool, lounge in spacious covered outdoor seating areas, and enjoy our beautifully refreshed interior and exterior spaces.

Enjoy our pool, large covered outdoor seating areas, lots of room to chill in the sun, hangout in the shade, play games in the yard, or float in the pool. This recently renovated 2000 sqft home has 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12 in beds, plus 2 on a queen air mattress. We offer a fully equipped, HUGE chef`s kitchen, extra large dining table that seats 12-14 people, and plenty of room for everyone to hangout and relax. Spend time in our living room (which has 3 couches) playing games, watching Netflix, or just relaxing with family and friends. We just fully remodeled the backyard including a full pool refurbishment, new turf, shade structure, and furniture. It`s spacious and offers either sun or shade, whatever you prefer!

Each bedroom is equipped with a large mirror and multiple hooks so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed. There are two full bathrooms where we provide a blow dryer, hair straightener, curling iron and makeup mirror to get ready for your night out on the town!

Traveling with small children? We provide a pack n` play, high chair, booster seat, kids dishware and tons of games. Traveling with your dog? Our home is dog-friendly (with an added fee - no other animals allowed) and includes an indoor XL crate, dog bed and dish for water and food.


We`re here when you need us, but we want you to unplug and relax without any distractions too! Feel free to message us in the Airbnb app and we`ll promptly respond to assist in any way needed! Our insurance does require that all guest sign a rental agreement before occupying the property.

Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 9 am. No outdoor noise after 10 pm.

Absolutely no parties/events or unregistered guests allowed.

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property at any time.

If smoking (of any substance) is detected or smoke odor is found in the home or outdoor furniture after your departure, a $500 cleaning fee will be issued.

Please let us know immediately if something is broken or damaged as soon as it happens.

We live in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents on all sides of the house. As such, we ask that guests avoid loud music and generally loud noise after quiet hours outside (10 pm). If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities, and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted.

Early Check-in/out: the only way to ensure a late checkout or early check-in is to book an additional day. Early check-in or late checkout availability is based on the bookings prior and after your stay. We will let you know if our cleaners have the house ready early.

Feel free to message us about the pool heating cost during your stay. The cost will vary depending on the time of year and length of stay. We make every attempt to be very reasonable with our pricing.

Please don`t remove the pool vacuum from the pool, and do not tamper with the pool equipment. Strict $250 Fine if violated.

No glass in the backyard. Plasticware is provided in cupboards for your use.

Please put umbrellas down and retract the fabric shade on the structure every evening or when it is windy.

At checkout, put all pool/yard toys and umbrellas in the backyard deck box.

Although family-friendly, this house is not child-proof. It is the sole responsibility of adult guests to supervise any children present at all times.
There is no fence around the pool, and adult guests are responsible for supervising any children while in the backyard. Please keep the sliding glass door locked when no adults are in the backyard.

Please make sure the gas BBQ is turned off when not being used.

Please don`t rearrange furniture.
Lock all doors when leaving.
Turn down the AC/Heat when leaving.
Keep AC above 73F and Heat below 70F.
Please ensure all windows and doors are shut while AC/Heat is on.
Stay out of owner`s closets.
Put everything back that you get out.

Tampering, disconnecting, or moving security cameras or occupancy meters will result in an automatic $250 fine.

Our property is dog-friendly. If you bring your dog, please get in touch with us for the breed/weight restrictions and the associated pet fee/cleaning fee.
Dogs must be crated any time you leave the home. Please pick up all dog poop!

Please, no tape or glitter on walls!


As you know, our base rate is for 12 people. We can accommodate two more people on our provided queen-size air mattress (for 14 people), but there is an extra charge of $100/person/night for any more than 12 guests.


**Additional Cleaning Fees**
We don`t want to charge anyone for additional cleaning; however, if any excessive damage and/or soiling of the premises incurs an extra cost from our cleaning team, we will pass that to you.
