Welcome to Your Old Town Scottsdale Getaway!

Located right next to Echo Coffee in the heart of sunny Arizona’s wild west town, this spacious 4-bedroom home puts you in the center of it all.

Enjoy a resort-style backyard with a heated pool (available upon request), a BBQ grill, gas firepit, and a putting green — perfect for soaking in Scottsdale’s stunning desert sunsets.

Inside, the home features:

3 king beds and 4 full beds, all with cooling memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort

A bright open-concept living area with seamless indoor-outdoor flow

A converted garage game room with a pool table for added fun

Whether you're relaxing poolside, entertaining friends, or exploring Old Town, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Please note... If you want the pool to be heated, it will be an extra $90 per night booked. Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine.
This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

The pool will not heat up like the hot tub, it will warm up the water, but it still depends on the outside temperature.

DISCLAIMER: We have one security camera on the front porch facing the garage. They will be on during your stay.

We love your furry friends but it’s the case by case and there is a non-refundable fee that will need to be collected prior to your stay. Owners, please expect to pick up after them and spray down any areas with a hose during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. We only allow small dogs, no cats. We must be made aware of your furry friends because our owners ask us to know and make sure it's addressed, if you don't that will incur a fine of $500.

Other things to note
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under HomeSlice Insurance!

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

House Rules
• No smoking
• No parties or events without permission
• Confetti's and glitters are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge of the costs of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.


Please: No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages

No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month and pool maintenance once per week. Days/times fluctuate. We apologize for any inconvenience these disturbances may cause… but keeping the home beautiful for you and future guests is our top priority.

Perfect for a girls trip!

We came here for a bachelorette party with a few girls and it was absolutely perfect. The pool is great, the backyard is spacious. The host is responsive and helpful. Sure, there are tons of rules listed before you book but really they didn't affect us since we are responsible adults. The only suggestion I have is to include more mirrors in the house perhaps one in each room - especially for a girls weekend. Thank you!
