Welcome to our Old Town Scottsdale Retreat in a perfect 10 location! Only 5 minutes away from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to the airport & 20 minutes to the WM Open, Kierland Commons & Barrett Jackson! Enjoy Top Golf/Talking Stick Casino and many other family-friendly activities in just 10 minutes. You'll have easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife the area has to offer. This home is perfect for couples, business travelers, and families alike!

In addition to both Old Town and Scottsdale amenities at your fingertips, you'll also be surrounded by various hiking trails from beginner to expert, or you can take a day trip to the Grand Canyon about 3.5 hours away, or head to see Sedona's red rocks only 2 hours away!

The Indoors
The home features 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a split floor plan that ensures everyone has their own private space, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups.

This home is a single story home with all bedrooms and baths on a single living level, no stairs here! You'll have access to plenty of amenities here including a renovated kitchen with island that opens to the living area, pool table, giant connect four, and board games!

The Outdoors
If you're looking to unwind, you won't be disappointed. This home sits on a large corner lot. The backyard boasts a large pool, bocce ball court, and putting green, and table for dinners outside, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

The Neighborhood: This trendy Old Town neighborhood is truly one of a kind. We do our absolute best to be fantastic neighbors - they are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night!

We're dedicated to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. Whether you require our assistance frequently or prefer minimal interaction, we're here to accommodate your needs. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please reach out to us via your preferred messaging channel during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm. We'll make every effort to respond promptly, typically within an hour. In case of emergencies requiring immediate attention, don't hesitate to contact our business line right away. Otherwise, we'll respect your privacy and allow you to fully enjoy your time in our home.

Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests at least 1 week prior to check-in.

1. Early Check-In - $200 (when available)
2. Late Check-Out - $200 (when available)
3. Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
4. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

In-home Concierge Services:

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Lastly, we use a platform called "Know Your Guest" via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Our properties are protected by a guest screening service that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Disconnecting the pool vacuum will incur a $1500 fine.
- NEVER TAKE OUT OR UNPLUG THE WHITE HOSE IN THE POOL! The equipment will malfunction. If found unplugged our outside the pool, there is a penalty charge that starts at $800, depending on the level of damage.

Old Town Scottsdale area good place to dtay

Family vacation in old Town was a good experience the whole family. Close to attractions and groceries. Safe area. Pool was not heated so a bit chilly since the temps dipped down during our stay but the kids still loved it. A convenient affordable place for the entire family.
