We chose this property for medical reasons due to its proximity to the Mayo Clinic, and overall, we found the property fantastic. It offered high-quality finishes, ample space in a smaller footprint, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Initally, the host's responsiveness and accommodations were greatly appreciated. However, our plans changed unexpectedly with about 2.5 weeks remaining when my father was discharged earlier than anticipated due to a speedy recovery. This reduced our need for the full term of the initial reservation.While I understand this change was not at all the fault of the host, I was disappointed by the complete lack of communication after I informed her of our early departure and inquired about a partial refund. Even a simple "no" to our refund request would have been understandable, and at the very least, an acknowledgment of our early departure would have been appreciated. The silence for the remainder of our reservation was concerning.Other than that this is a great property if your looking for something in North Scottsdale, AZ.

Clean and neat Villa; responsive host.

Villa was comfortable and well furnished. The owner/host is very responsive and easily accessible. The villa development is overall quiet but this rental unit is close to Bell Road which has high traffic volume. Apparently there is no noise ordinance enforcement on Scottsdale streets so loud vehicles are frequently heard from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 or later in the evening. It can become quite annoying during an extended stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location

My husband, a native Phoenician, and I moved to Florida a few years ago. Even he was surprised this location was incredibly convenient to every single thing we did over our three week stay. Additionally, I love that the property is so close to Mayo, and so miles and miles of running trails.

The property was just as shown in the photos. The property was clean and very well maintained. .The property manager Dianna was very accommodating. She met us at the property at check-in to review the property and offered great suggestions for activities. She went over and above what any other property manager has done in our experience. Nice place!

This place has lots of room and is comfortable. It was in a nice location too. It was very hot when we were there so we went to the pool but the water was too cold. We were a bit disappointed in that but everything else was nice.

We arrived and Host said the pool was heated and everything worked. The coffee machines were both not working my husband had to fix one. I phoned the host a few times prior to us coming and we were told the pool was clean and heated to swim in. The pool grounds were not maintained, bird feces everywhere and the pool was ice cold. Our grandchildren could not go swimming. The unit also was not child friendly and dark. The floors were dirtying the kitchen and we had to deal with construction noise.

Terrific home away from home

Great location, easy access to all highways/loops. Quiet neighborhood, which was great. Patio area wonderful, and the pool and facilities were very clean! Home was well described and maintained. Loved our stay!

Just beautiful! 5 stars!

What a gorgeous home! Beautiful, clean, spacious and stylish. We were amazed by the detailed touches both in the design of the home and the amenities. Our best Vrbo experience yet. Diania has thought of everything - the bed and bath linens are beautiful, spa-quality. The furniture is impressive, everything looks brand new and top notch. Plenty of space for our family of 4 adults. The kitchen and entire space was spotless and well appointed. We used the grill (clean and full tank) and enjoyed the little outdoor seating area. The location was convenient for our day trips and easy drive to restaurants. Diania is a lovely host, gracious, thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing indoors as much as sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome!

This is a beautiful updated condo. Amazing attention to detail. Very clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped and spacious bedrooms. Quaint outdoor seating area. Host prompt in returning emails calls or texts. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
