The space
This home offers over 2700 sq feet of living space which makes for an ideal getaway for large families, golf buddies , or a girls trip to AZ! Open floorplan with Kitchen leading to living area with stacked stone fireplace as the centerpiece. Home was set up by professional designer with style in mind. Comfortable beds and top of the line bedding to create a good nights sleep. Bedrooms are very spacious and private. Large master retreat with luxurious bathroom that features stone tiled shower and jacuzzi tub.

If your looking for family games there is a pool table, outdoor ping pong, Giant Jenga and Connect Four! Backyard features include sparkling pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen for the grill master, and grass play area for the kids. There is also plenty of seating options for gathering including loungers, outdoor dining set, and conversation set around the outdoor fireplace.

Located near Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge this makes for an ideal location for any night out or those wanting to get in some shopping. Mayo Clinic hospital just a block away and Entertainment Venues like WestWorld and TPC Scottsdale all within minutes of the home. Nestled on a quiet street in a great neighborhood this property is perfect for those just wanting to get out and relax.

Other things to note

Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 a night or $500 per week. Please notify manager at least 72 hours in advance of desire to heat pool.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

Only registered guests are allowed at the home without prior consent of management.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management so we can provide a pool safety notice.

No smoking in home at any time

This home was perfect! My son graduated from NAU and I live in Texas and needed a home our family could be together and kick back and relax! The home is much bigger in person! Some reviews said it was outdated but to me it was Southwestern Rustic style! We Absolutely loved tit! The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.And the back yard was amazing! The pool is bigger in person too! (I would suggest if your there in May to get it heated)It had ping pong. We did not use the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy some good conversation at night! We did BBQ only a could have the burns worked but you can still cook on it. I will definitely rebook this home! the host was very quick to respond when I had any questions and I was allowed an early check I so it worked great!!

We were in town for our daughters’ soccer tournament so a group of us parents found this amazing place to stay. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8. The backyard was great! Had an awesome BBQ on Saturday as we enjoyed the beautiful spring weather with the pool, ping pong table, and the outdoor fireplace. The property manager was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Excellent property and would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful place! It’s unfortunately been left to waste away. A lot of unpaired damage in the house- shutters broken, broken dishwasher that is just nasty with hard water stains, Broken lights and bulbs, dirty nasty broken hot tub that smelled really bad. Poor communication from the seller. Pool was ice cold even though we had requested the pool heated and then got ghosted when we requested it be turned on and charged. The pool area was dates nd broken parts everywhere.

The house was clean and very nice inside. we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was not clean. And the hot tub was not usable because the cover is deteriorating so bad that the insulation and liner of it is all coming off in the hot tub. I did text the host about the pool and hot tub and he said his pool guy would be out in the morning .my husband spent over an hour cleaning the pool so that we could use it. The pool guy did show up in the afternoon after the pool was already cleaned, The outside tables and ping-pong table were all very dirty and the furniture as well. The only thing that I would suggest is that they look the property over closely before the renters come in to make sure that everything’s in working order and ready for the guests.

Lovely one story home with all the space you need for a getaway. First impression when entering the house was that it was so much more spacious than we had thought it would be. Lots to discover in this beautiful home. A plus on staying here that I hadn’t thought about when booking our stay, was that they allowed us to park our car in the garage. Don’t think I’ve ever been given that option when staying anywhere, which was great. Was able to keep my car out of the extreme heat. Not many issues and anything that needed to be taken care of were handled right away by Would love to stay here again.

The house was huge and literally had something for everyone. Whether it was watching tv, swimming in the pool, playing ping pong or playing pool. This house truly had something for every member of my family and everyone had a great time staying there. We will be back.

This is a nice property but it has been run down by guests and it was troublesome working with host on issues. There were crickets in a bathtub upon arrival, uncomfortable beds that have been mentioned in prior reviews and general disrepair. A bathroom was missing part of the toilet roll mechanism so the roll just sat on a ledge. Behind that bathrooms door was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. We complained about the mattress situation and were basically told the hosts couldn't help us because that couldn't reach the owners, we asked for one new or newer mattress even though several were bad, we offered to go pick one up and get reimbursed and we were told to sleep overnight on it again and to the hosts credit they brought a new to us (used) mattress the next day after we had to involve VRBO. The garage door doesn't work all the time, we were told the pool cleaner device which is like a robot that cleans the pool had to run our entire stay so it was hard to use the pool, the neon sign in photos does not work, it is just run down in certain areas and clearly only used as a rental. It was very clean other than the crickets and the hosts also brought us extra bath towels after we involved VRBO. It did not meet our expectations overall and the property management company was not great.

Fantastic property, helpful accommodating hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay amd would stay again. Only minor point was that there were only two su loungers, both broken and the outside high table had only 4 chairs - there were six of us and the house sleeps eight, so we had to have a couple standing to eat together. However, those are easily sorted, we loved our stay and will happily stay there again.

Clean but amenities are run down. Worn broken patio lounges, no ping pong net. BBQ knobs not working properly, no house instructions booklet, pool table sticks 3x broken, only one working, darts broken not usable, other then master, beds uncomfortable cheap mattresses. Pool was clean nice, house was clean and had all kitchen amenities, nice quite neighborhood. We would consider again, if management fixed all advertised amenities

Perfect stay for our group of friends. House is spacious and the layout affords privacy and lots of gathering spaces. Neighborhood is nice and super quiet. House was clean inside and nicely furnished. We all enjoyed the pool area. Gardens and pool are lovely. Some updates could be made to outdoor amenities but it didn’t stop us from enjoying everything. Overall lovely time was had by all!
