The pool and backyard were nice, great location and the front is nicely landscaped. The host is a nice guy and did accommodate our requests. However, we were disappointed. The carpeting and areas underneath the beds and furniture were dirty. We are very health conscious but there were cheap plastic plates and servings dishes in kitchen and poor quality utensils. The inside of the house is very dated. Every closet was full of unmatched bedding and old pillows, The garage was unkempt and the door did not seal properly. Hot water issues upon arrival and went without hot water for 4 days. For the amount we paid for 91 days we expected and deserved a clean and updated home.

NIce property in a quiet neighborhood with a large park within walking distance. House is very clean and host is quick to response and very accommodating. Cable TV at property is a nice plus. Close to all kinds of shopping and Mayo Clinic Hospital Campus.

Tom was such a responsive and kind host. The property was furnished very nicely and was just as advertised. The property is in a wonderful neighborhood. So close to Mayo Hospital, shopping and dining. It is also dog friendly! We would definitely stay again.

Great Property

My wife and I stayed here for a short 5 nights. Everything was excellent and Tom, the owner was excellent with his communication. The house is well appointed, exactly as advertised and thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

North Scottsdale Home

Fabulous place to stay. This is our second time staying at this property. Loved it!! Plenty of room. Outside is amazing as well. Nice yard for the dog to play and the pool is clean and well maintained. Nice patio area with a TV and grill. Great location with a huge park close by. Not far from hiking/biking trails Tom is awesome. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here. We will use this property when we return.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bed and bath linens, very clean. Decor and furnishings are dated but very comfortable. Tom is very responsive to your needs and his contractors (pool, yard, cleaners, AV) are as well. Would recommend to others.

It was easy to get to Old Town Scottsdale. Quiet neighbor. Plenty of space for two couples. We did not use the pool because of miscommunication with owner about extra fee to heat the pool.

The property is in a lovely neighborhood that is quiet, clean and safe. The house offers everything you need to relax and enjoy a stay in Phoenix. The host was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property.

Best Friends Getaway!!!

So glad we chose this house to stay in. Everything was perfect and as stated. Tom was excellent to work with; very helpful front start to finish. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area and back yard was so nice, relaxing and very private. It was so nice to put our car in the garage. Most rentals don't allow you to use their garage. Beautiful, quiet and upscale neighborhood. Also, perfectly located to see and do everything. About 20 minutes from the Phoenix airport. I highly recommend renting here, and I will be again on my next visit to Arizona.

Well laid out and thoughtful property

The short version is, this is a very well laid out and thoughtful property. The longer version is, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, not too soft not too hard. The linens are fresh and crisp. It is clean. The pool is delightful with great lighting, and has fresh cushions and towels available. The adorable lighted cactus in the front and back Where are my favorite! If you want the comfort of home, but secretly know this is your vacation retreat, this is your oasis. It is tucked away perfectly for good sleep, and serenity, but close to gas groceries restaurants and entertainment in every direction. There is a park a block away with lots of shade and pathways for exercise and dog walks. The area felt very established and safe. I will definitely stay again when availability matches my vacation!

Perfect Girls Getaway

We all loved this property and would definitely stay again. It had everything we wanted plus more. It was clean, great location, beautifully landscaped and easy communication with owner. With four ladies vacationing, the two bathrooms were absolutely perfect as each one of us having our own sink. Rarely do you find a home with double sinks in two bathroooms. Highly recommend.
