Time is guaranteed to be well spent w/everything this home has to offer, including arcade games, basketball & shuffleboard! The house is close to Spring Training, golf, restaurants, grocery stores & more!

3225 Sq Ft | High end furnishing in a spacious home on the Golf Course. Incredible access to the freeway and close to Spring Training facilities, Barret Jackson, The Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Westgate Entertainment district and a variety of dining and activities!

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms offer high-end comfy & cozy mattresses we know you will enjoy. Pillows to suite everyone, and extra soft blankets for cooler nights or time by the firepit. Primary Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Bunk bed - Twin over Full with a twin trundle

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large covered patio and entertaining space, tall palms, patio, HEATED in-ground pool in the winter, CHILLED to 85°F in hotter months. Hot tub, fenced-in yard, INCREDIBLE VIEWS, new patio furniture w/ cushions, sun loungers on both upper & lower decks, bistro tables & chairs on both decks, along with ceiling fans on both decks

INDOOR LIVING: Modern aesthetic, thoughtful decor, high-end furnishings, wall of windows, flat-screen Smart TVs in every room, ample seating, dining & bar tables & chairs. Family room + bonus game room, separate living room & gaming area with private side patio

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ ice dispenser, gas stove, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker & coffee essentials, hot water kettle, cooking & baking basics, island, peninsula w/ bar stools, breakfast nook w/ table

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens & towels, laundry machines, dual zone air conditioning, ceiling fans, closets, area rugs, shower essentials, pool heat/chilling fee $50/night. Heat typically only needed Oct. - April.

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) - No street parking overnight.

Guests have complete access to the house with the exception of the garage and 2 locked closets for owner storage, unless otherwise requested and guaranteed.

We are available through the app or by phone!

The home is located in Arrowhead Ranch, which is a safe, upscale, & friendly neighborhood that is truly near everything. From the golf course views, to the stunning furnishings, it is easy to immerse yourself into your vacation!

We charge $50/day for pool heating or chilling. By request only.

Nearly perfect

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood just as advertised. We had a great time and will stay again if possible. Only minor issue was the pool which took a little effort to keep the pump running and heater heating. It was not a huge deal. Still giving 5 stars.

Fabulous!

This place was fantastic! Our hosts were outstanding. The home is very clean, the pool was awesome for our Grandsons, and our hosts went way beyond normal to make our stay perfect. We can not wait to return. Big, beautiful, well equipped. I can't say enough about the perfection of this home. We all want to come back...soon!
