Getting Around:

Centrally located with easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix.

Uber and Lyft are fast and readily available throughout the area. Garage parking available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: The 5th bedroom is an attached casita/pool house with a private keyed exterior entrance. It functions as a small studio space and includes a queen sofa sleeper, kitchenette, and full bathroom, offering added flexibility and privacy for guests.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.



The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace.



Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on the property without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.



A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.
