Stayed a week in March to get away from the last of the northern Minnesota cold. Listing was accurate. Communication was excellent. Check in was easy. There was a nice basket of treats on the counter waiting for us! Very nice house that was close to Walmart, restaurants and sport bars.The hot tub was great to use!I would definitely stay here again! AAA

Beautiful home inside. Location close to Westgate entertainment district. Single story house located between two, 2-story houses. Neighbors on both sides and neighbors across the street like to leave their loud cars running for hours and music blaring. Communication with property manager fantastic.

Exceeded expectations. However, the neighors have very noisy cars and play music that vibrate the property's windows. I reported the music incident to the Phoenix police.

My wife and son stayed with me. The accommodations were pleasant and very comfortable. We loved the back yard and hot tub. We were able to walk to State Farm Stadium, Taco Boy's, and In-N-Out Burger. A most delightful stay.

We stayed for a week to take in Dodger Spring Training. It’s close to Camelback Park. Good communication. Walkable neighborhood and a park nearby for playing catch or frisbee. There’s a Walmart a few blocks away for groceries and anything you may have forgotten. Nice coffee pot and coffee pod machine. Plenty of dishes and glassware. Not as much in the way of serving dishes, bakeware or Tupperware. The hot tub is nice, but only half the jets were working. Plenty of beach towels! Nice outdoor furniture and grill. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee filters, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The pool is not heated, but lovely if you enjoy a cold dip in the am to wake up and start the day. We spent an hour cleaning black mold out of the washer before we washed our clothes. It’s likely from guests shutting the washer door and not letting it dry out. Bathrooms are small. Overall, it was lovely.

The house is perfectly lovely, and the pictures are a great representation of what you can look forward to. The location was tough to beat for spring training games, shopping, restaurants, and a concert of a lifetime. The management was also on top of any questions we had. An overall wonderful stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The A/C worked great as well. The bougainvillea bushes gave the back yard a nice pop of color. Some of the leaves made it in the pool, but we skimmed them out no problem. The hot tub worked great, too!
