"The hotel looks like it was rebranded and remodel. The lobby was beautiful and Mate at the front desk was amazing. The issue was went we got to our room. The shower had a huge crack, there was no furniture in the room and the bed was literally the worst thing Ive ever slept on. It had a spring in my back was so used that I felt like I was going to roll to the center. I almost went to sleep in my car at 3am. The people above us were loud and you can hear the traffic all night long. I would not...

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. My complaints are related to 3 incidents, which were irritating, 1) the hotel advertised free shuttle to and from the Mesa Gateway airport. But when I called for the shuttle to pick us up I was told that they did not have the shuttle available at that time and I should take another mode of transportation. That cost us 27.00. 2) we could not completely close the shade in our room and there were bright lights from a parking lot shining directly into the...

"This location at superstition spring in Mesa AZ is in need of a update and a new maintenance team. I stayed for 3 days and 2 of the days there was construction boxes and trash in the hall ways along with old furniture is still there. It felt like a total run down hotel. The tub and sink both were clogged and backed up. My battery in the smoke detector was also missing and curtains were not fully hung up on at the corners. The mattress and door handle was so worn out, the door handle just hung...

"Check in was busy but staff was efficient. Our tv did not work. They sent a housekeeper right away. She was able to tell a cable was missing. She called and we got a new room right away. Unfortunately the wing the room was in smelled like stale smoke from the hall into the room. We bought Lysol to cover it up and told them at checkout. Breakfast was good and nicely maintained by the staff individual. Overall a nice stay."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Mesa, AZ! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the biggest perks was the breakfast hours, which were perfect for our busy baseball tournament weekend! It made getting everyone fed and ready for the day so much easier. We really appreciated the hospitality and convenience and would definitely stay here again for future tournaments. Highly...
