Excellent vacation properry

We stayed for a week in June (yes Arizona in June) and everything with the home was as promised and worked perfectly…especially the A/C and the pool. There was plenty of place to find shade in and out of the pool when we ventured outside. Everything on the inside worked perfectly. The washer/dryer was great and we were able to get home and not have to do all the vacation laundry!

Would have been a great stay…but…

We arrived to the property late at night to find the front gutter fallen down in front of the entry door, and the back patio in a complete state of disarray. The code I received didn’t work, and the property manager didn’t answer our calls or messages. I finally, on a whim, decided to try the last four of my phone number and luckily it worked. Upon entering the home, we were blasted with the most foul smell. It was a plugged garbage disposal and it would not work. Still no answer from the owner. The following morning he replied, apologized, and indicated someone would come to do repairs, and told me he would be refunding us two of the four nights as a courtesy for our troubles. A plumber came and fixed the sink but the gutter was never fixed, and we had to put the patio back together ourselves. Now, a month later, we still have not received our refund and the property owner will not respond to my messages. It’s unfortunate, because had we been taken care of properly, we would have likely returned.

4 days in PHX

Great house! Everything was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked property. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Plenty of absorbent towels for showering and hanging out at the pool. Kitchen well stocked with supplies to cook out. Grill well working with plenty of propane.great communication with property manager. Everything was smooth for check in and out. Would absolutely stay at another property hosted by this company. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location!

Family home for thanksgiving! The house is great. I wish there was more seating in the living room. Concierge helped with our private chef and grocery shopping. Space was comfortable and mostly stocked with what was needed.

Perfectly updated Scottsdale getaway!

5 Star Home and Service all around! Book now! Location, location, location! A grocery store with Starbucks is right around the block. A Walgreens is literally right across the street (which sells wine, beer and seltzer’s). You don’t need a car for essentials!! You do need a $20 Uber for the quick 15 mins into town but everything in town is walkable once you’re a there. Camelback is also only a 20 min drive also if you want to hike. The house itself is PERFECT! Colin has thought of everything and was an amazing host. Quick response time, always pleasant, always accommodating. He checked in via messages multiple times during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. The listing doesn’t have a lot of reviews so I was a little hesitant at first (reviews are always the first thing I check). The two reviews were positive so I took a chance. I’m so glad we did because this house is PERFECT! I booked the house for a bachelorette party of 9. Every room was clean, adorable, large enough for 2 and comfortable. There was no fighting over rooms. The entire house has a modern charm, very clean, lots of indoor and outdoor games, including the pool & misc. rafts. The house even had a Bluetooth speaker for us to use in/outdoor. AMAZING! When I booked the house I was then provided with a concierge to book anything we wanted. From grocery delivery, private chefs, tours, dinner reservations. They cover it all. We had them book a private chef to cater BBQ the night we arrived and it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I had a heck of a time making any dinner reservations on my own so I allowed Alyssa from the concierge freedom to book whatever she could find and recommended. Every place she sent us was incredible! ESP “The Henry” for brunch. In addition, a few days prior to our arrival Colin sent a page full of recommendations for dining, entertainment, nightlife, etc. that he personally put together. So thoughtful! I’ve stayed at A LOT of Airbnb/VRBO properties. It is all my husband and I use. We have never had the quality service and convenience that this listing provides. 5-star home and service all around!!! Book now!!
