    Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.



    - Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.



    - You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.



    -A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign

    Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals.

House was amazing! Beautiful views and amazing sunsets! How was clean and had everything we needed. The deck was our favorite spot to unwind after a day of hiking and riding horses. Irvin was outstanding and responded to every question in record time. Bonus-my daughter left a sentimental item and he quickly retrieved it from the house and personally mailed it cross country for us. Highly recommend!!!
