Nicely and tastefully remodeled.

We liked staying here and the house lived up to our expectations. It was roomy, very nicely remodeled and the furnishings were good. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room were good spaces to hang out with family. There were a couple of things that could be improved: some additional kitchenware should be supplied (there were no oven mitts or bakeware). The outdoor area could use some sprucing up with newer and additional seating. During our stay, we noticed neither of the bathroom fans worked. We have mentioned these items to Dan. He was a good communicator during our stay and we appreciated his interest in our satisfaction. We would stay here again.

My sisters 30th was perfect

Our stay at this cute cozy home in Scottsdale was everything we wanted. I wish we made the trip longer! The backyard was gorgeous, even better than the pictures. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and the check in process was wonderful. The host was absolutely incredible. He asked what my sisters favorite drinks and snacks were and had it all set up with a card welcoming us 🥹 so sweet. The whole house was very clean. Clean up wasn’t too much and check out was super easy. I would 10/10 stay here again

Home away from home

My family and I came to town for an ASU graduation. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. The host was beyond welcoming and made sure we had amenities for our trip. We enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit every evening. I would definitely stay again!

The property was located in an area that is very accessible to travelers. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the property and would go back to this place in a heartbeat. We only had a couple of things that we let the property owner know about and he said that he would take care of them.

Great house in Scottsdale

The property is clean and has a lovely yard. The host is very responsive and welcoming. It was pretty easy to get to everywhere we needed to go, but you need a car to get almost anywhere. It isn’t really very close to Old Town. You can’t easily walk to it.

What a terrific stay. Dan was a great host in every aspect. Had snacks for our arrival! House was very clean and perfect for us. Would definitely recommend this comfortable home to family and friends.

The property is nice and simple. It has the basics and the host is kind and responds very quickly. The snacks, drinks and personal thank you note we're a thoughtful touch. The only con, is that the property was not clean and may need some TLC.

Absolutely Perfect!

The home was great for our stay in Scottsdale. The space was absolutely what was promised. Very clean, modern & had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great, too. We just loved every minute of our visit. Dan was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, he’s a super host!

We came to the Scottsdale area to see some spring training games. This house is in a great location. The house is nicely updated and everything worked great. The manager is very accommodating and the communication was very good. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay!

The home was very welcoming and comfortable! The outdoor space was relaxing and clean. Location was perfect for ease of access to Old Town Scottsdale, interstate, shopping and dining. Dan was an excellent host with great communication. To top it all off, the master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
