There are a total of four bedrooms in this home, one of which is downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, located right down the hall from the game room with convenient access to a full bathroom just steps away. Upstairs, you'll find the three remaining bedrooms. The master has two queen beds, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the last bedroom has a queen bed. The two last bedrooms share one common hallway bathroom.

On top of the beds, we also offer 3 queen size air mattresses as extra sleeping arrangements, if needed.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
This home has three full bathrooms. The master ensuite bathroom has a dual sink, toilet, soaking tub, and walk-in shower; all with great natural light! Down the hall, the bathroom shared by the two other upstairs bedrooms has one sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower only. The one downstairs bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and also a walk-in shower only.

The kitchen and dining areas open right up to the rest of the living areas, making this a great layout for entertaining friends & family! The kitchen feels very bright and open, with a vaulted ceiling, skylights, and all new modern stainless steel appliances (including a coffee station, with a Keurig & coffee pods). The kitchen also has a small breakfast nook that overlooks the backyard, with seating for four.

Right around the corner is the formal dining room, with a big dining table that can accommodate 8 more. There is a convenient pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room, which makes hosting family and friends gatherings here just that much easier!

The main living room was designed for comfortability. With a big comfy sectional, additional seating, a big smart TV, and sleek, modern design throughout, this space is ideal for gathering around with your family and friends for movie nights & watching the big games!

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
