Massive Backyard w/Pool and Misters - Arcade Room - Sleeps 16

Zero concern of being bored here! This large 6-bedroom property provides plenty of entertainment, space and things to do! Inside this home we offer HIGH speed Wifi, Arcade room with a ping pong table, and an outside Gazebo with a dining table that fits 6 comfortably. Outdoors, you can choose the gas firepit area with 4 cushioned chairs, the patio deck table, or relaxation by the pool with the pool chairs and cooler. There is also a gas bbq that is available for use and 4 pool lounge chairs :). The home can comfortable sleep 14 with an additional 2 people on our large couches upstairs and downstairs. :)

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple issues that made it impossible to enjoy or feel comfortable in the space. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—there were signs of pests in the beds, which was extremely unsettling. Additionally, several pieces of furniture were damaged or broken, and the overall condition of the home did not match the listing photos or description. We ended up having to leave early and request a refund. This was not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend this property to others based on what we encountered.
Overflowing trashcan upon arrival and never emptied.
Bed was broken and could not use.
Significant carpet stains.

This was a great staycation. Plenty of space for family to sleep and different rooms to entertain. We had such a great time and will keep this house in mind to rent again in the future.

Great space!

Gorgeous kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, stunning pool and yard, and a fantastic game room! I would stay here again.It is time for the property manager to attend to a few details (toilet/flush handle, etc…). However, overall it was a successful stay!We had 14 people (13-73yrs old) & we all enjoyed it!

If Only we had Read the Reviews-Never Again

We would not have booked this property. Most of what we experienced were mentioned in the reviews:Carpets were very stained in every room. When we spoke with the host, he said, “Those carpets are professionally cleaned every week.” There is no way that is true.Electrical Problems. First night the outlets in the upstairs bedrooms would not work and the light in the master would not work. Host claimed that was the first time he had heard of that problem. It was mentioned in one of the reviews. I had to go to Walmart at 10:30 pm to get an extension cord for my CPAP. A faulty GFI outlet was mentioned in the reviews. When the electrician arrived the next morning, he walked right into the garage and reset the GFI. He said he had been there multiple times for the same issue. It went out later again in the week but I could not get the GFI to reset.Garbage was overflowing and garage had old furniture and project garbage and supplies lining the walls. I realize the host has no control over the amount of garbage guests generate so no problem there but the garbage and old furniture in the garage was consistent with the deferred maintenance in the rest of the house.Remotes missing and difficulty getting the upstairs TV on. There were no remotes for the upstairs TV. Host claimed he had not had a problem with that. He did order a new remote for the upstairs TV and we were able to get it working. Again the reviews did mention the difficulty with the TV

Overall good stay. Pool and yard were great. Kids spent alot of time outside. Awesome game room in the basement. Lots of room for large parties. Quiet nighbourhood.

Nice house- dirty carpets

This house has a TON of potential! However, the carpets in EVERY room were FILTHY! A house that can accommodate 16 people had 4 forks! TV was very difficult to connect!Great back yard and game room! Plenty of space!

Overall amazing property

We had an amazing stay at this property with our wedding party and our family there where some issues bathroom door Handel was loose some of the lights didn't work and the tp roll holder was hanging out the wall but over looking that it was amazing space the owners were very accommodating and under standing and lots of room and fun for all the game room down stares was a major factor in why we stayed ther and it was amazing would definitely stay again

Great location not well maintained

Great location. The back yard pool area is very nice. The entire property is poorly maintained. The pictures on the website are not accurate. Broken lawn chair. Carpets were disgusting. Very stained and dirty. Most games were inoperable. Ping pong paddles were broken. Propane tanks were empty. Corn hole board was broken. Foosball table didnt work. Back deck railing was wobbly and had loose stiles. Not little kid safe. Had loose boards with nails sticking up. No GFI circuits in bathrooms. Some kitchen outlets didnt work at all.

Once inside the house lived up to the pictures that were posted. The outside DECK and table were disgusting. I wiped the table down, but the back deck off the kitchen was very dirty. We were not there to utilize outside space as our time was limited. The house was located close to the venue we were frequenting through the weekend, but the location of the house is sketchy. My first time in a long time booking on VRBO and I will definitely look at satellite images before booking in the future. Dallas and Nick were responsive.

Great House for 2 families

The house and backyard are great and accurate to the listing. Great for families and kids! Beds were comfortable and kitchen big! The yard is huge! The pool is small and not heated so it was really cold for the kids in March. But we knew that. We were there for spring training baseball and the location was great for that. The neighborhood around the properties is old and run down.

Family Friendly with a Few Issues

The property was wonderful and accommodate our needs. We ran into a few issues. The trash receptacles full upon arrival, a broken toilet and a potential insect issue. The owner responsive. I am sure the issues will be handled because the home is a great away from home with something for everyone.

Good trip

The house was clean and comfortable, had a group of teenagers and the games kept them busy. This is a great space if you have a bigger group. The driveway is large which was great because there are a lot of cars parked on the street from the neighbors. The backyard is a wonderful space, it was a little cold so we didn’t really use the pool but it was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious, fun and clean!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! House was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Plenty of fun amenities for a large group. Hosts were easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay at the property again. Would recommend to anyone!

Family in Mesa

We were looking for a house that could hold 4 siblings and their spouses. This 6 bedroom, 3 bath listing fit our extended family great. Its a recently renovated older home on end of a cul-de-sac with a large back yard. The home faces south and shades most of the backyard for afternoon/evening activities. Ample room for parking several vehicles. The pool is on smaller size, but well maintained. All siblings indicated they would rent again when in Mesa. Dk
