OLD CANYON HIDEAWAY is our 4 BR, 2 BA, one story home nestled in a lovely and popular Gold Canyon Community. The backyard is a paradise of resort amenities that include a covered patio with gas grill, pool with optional heat, in ground spa, putting green and propane fire pit. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Views of the Superstition Mountains are impressive. Enjoy our famous and spectacular sunsets from the west side of this enclosed area. The Gold Canyon neighborhood is peaceful, well maintained and secure.

The home's open floor plan is well appointed with spaces for individual activities as well as social gatherings. There is a private living room at the front with views of the neighborhood and a large TV. The great room features a cozy sitting area and smart TV for streaming. The great room overlooks the backyard oasis and has doors that access the pool and patio. The well stocked kitchen includes a dining area plus a breakfast nook which has table seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. The table in the breakfast nook is perfect for card games such as poker, puzzles and other board activities. Highchairs are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

~ HAPPY DREAMS ~
ALL bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans. Rest comfortably in the elegant primary suite with a king bed, TV and en suite bath with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. There are doors to the backyard patio in the primary suite.

Bedroom 2 has a queen; Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 has a tub-shower combo and is shared by Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The laundry room has stacked appliances, laundry detergent and the accessories you need to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. There are driveway spaces for parking; no garage spaces.

At the front of the home is an enclosed patio with a table for eating and drinking and a bench for viewing the neighborhood activities.

~ HIDDEN TREASURES ~
Our home's location is perfect for hiking the Superstition Mountains, golfing at Gold Canyon Golf Courses and sightseeing at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Shopping and fine dining are a short drive from the neighborhood. This home is close to our annual Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace which runs weekends, February through April.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home at any time.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

ALL TVs are smart TVs for streaming your apps.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through May 31. There is usually a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
