Luxury Old Town Scottsdale! Heated Pool & Jacuzzi

Recently completed major renovations with all new finishes!! This home is probably one of the nicest available in area by far! Home has all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home has 5 bedrooms, plus a game room with a pull out sofa, so actually could be used as a 6th bedroom. Game room is amazing with (2) 65" TV's, 12' shuffle board table, and pool table!! All new large screen tv's in all rooms in house, unique 4.5 bathrooms, all new beds, furniture, etc. Backyard is also amazing with large pool, large Jacuzzi, covered patio, fire pit, tons of seating, corn-hole game, BBQ, and much more!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has some of the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood- close to both Old Town and Tempe. Great setup inside and outside with lots of space to hang out and share time with family and friends. House well appointed and pics and descriptions on the mark. Would love to stay again.

The house is such a great layout! We had eight ladies and the 4 full bathrooms and extra half bath was so nice! The kitchen and living are so big and well laid out. We used the pool and the hot tub! The hot tub wasn’t working when we got there and the owner had the pool people out with in 24 hours and got it fixed and in the mean time sent us cookies for the inconvenience. Wonderful house and host! If you book here to are guaranteed to have a great stay! The house is in a great location too.

Great stay at the Old Town Scottsdale place. Easy to get to from the airport, only 10 to 15 minutes. Next, easy access to Talking Stick Resort if you want to gamble.Place was very clean and orderly. Directions were everywhere on how to operate - TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, fans, etc.The host was very responsive on questions that we had during the stay.We had 8 guys staying at the place and felt like there as plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy there time. Hidden gym of this place is the game room which is a nice place to hang out when the 10pm curfew hits.Would recommend to others to stay here.

Enjoyed a weekend with college girlfriends at this property. The house was clean and had a great set up for the group. Many enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Others wish we had stayed somewhere closer/more walkable - we used Waymo and scheduled Ubers to get to/from reservations and daytime activities. Communication with the host was easy and helpful!

Family Time Together

This property absolutely worked for our group! The bedrooms accommodated us nicely and the game room was awesome. The pool was delightful and was very well maintained with plenty of seating for everyone. David was an exceptional host and very accessible and accommodating. Perfect Family space

We were in town for college graduation. This home offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make it comfortable for everyone. Overall the home is updated and clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear as expected. Parking was not an issue, owner response time was quick. The house is located convenient to Tempe and ASU as well as old town Scottsdale. Pool and outdoor spaces were an added bonus.

Awesome golf get-away

This was a covid-delayed golf trip with my Boston buddies. I drove don from Colorado. The house was great! We golfed, then just found ourselves hanging around the house, playing games, BBQ, hot-tubbing, soaking in the pool, watching Final-4 on the outside TV. Only went out a couple of times and a 8 Uber to Old Town can't be beat! My only criticism is that the fold-out couches don't make for comfortable beds (or couches). Would have preferred 8 total "real" beds, but we made it work. Plenty of room, and the surrounding area seemed very safe and well maintained. I would stay there again without hesitation. The host was very good too!

Great location

We stayed with 5 couples total and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The backyard was smaller than it looks but the pool and hot tub were very clean. Easy to take a Waymo or uber to old town.

Annual Girl's Trip

The property was perfect for 7 ladies. The house was clean and well stocked. From coffee filters, coffee, pods, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and all paper goods along with detergents and trash bags. We've never had a rental that was fully stocked, what a PLUS!! The owner was very attentive and responded to questions we had. The neighborhood was well maintained. The house was very well laid out with 5 bedrooms (3 ensuites) and 4.5 baths.
