    Property Notes:

    ~This is a hillside property, so please expect a few steps between different levels of the home and outdoor areas.

    ~The home is in a peaceful, natural setting, so you may encounter local wildlife from time to time.



    ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

    ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking

    ~AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

    ~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

    ~Pool/spa can be heated for $100/day. Please inform us at least 3 days before check-in if you want the pool heated

    ~Do not touch the pool pump as its sensitive or remove it from the pool as it will result in a fine.
