This luxury Desert Villa on one acre is newly remodeled with designer furniture. You won't find another luxury home where EVERYTHING inside/out is new for you! Enjoy your own private resort on a well landscaped acre with the McDowell mountains and beautiful skies as your backdrop. Amenities include but are not limited to game room/billiard, second game room with ping ping and shuffleboard, exercise room, indoor sauna, huge well-landscaped yard, heated pool, large jacuzzi, luxurious 2 island kitchen open to family room and views, and 5 comfortably well designed bedrooms with beautiful new bathrooms.

Pool can be heated or chilled $100/day or $400/week.

The pool can be heated in cool weather, and chilled in the hotter months. Also, in the hotter months, you'll enjoy our misting system to stay cool outside.

The house is close to everything - Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Westworld, Barret Jackson, The Waste Management Open, Talking Stick Casino, Fountain Hills, Old Town, and more.

The neighborhood is full of views and large custom horse properties on acre lots.

If your party has children 6 or under please let us know at booking. We will install the pool safety fence per regulations and add a fee of $175 for installation labor. We will provide a high chair and pack n play as well for no charge.

Truly Exceptional!

I've booked many vacation homes in the past and this has by far been the BEST one, in all aspects. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than shown in the pictures. It's clean, organized, very well-designed and decorated, modern finishes, resort-style backyard with everything you could possibly need and more. Check-in process couldn't have been smoother. The host is also the best I've ever worked with. Flexible, accommodating, responsive, proactive, attentive, they took amazing care of us and ensured we had a great stay. 5 stars all the way around!

Perfect Stay for Two Families!

We had an amazing stay at this Scottsdale, AZ property! The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for two families to enjoy comfortably without feeling crowded. There were so many amenities to keep everyone entertained — from the pool table to the mini golf course and, of course, the fantastic pool. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything throughout the home was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping this place in top condition. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-family, (including 7 teenagers & grandparents) AZ vacation. One-level home, w/a bathroom/shower for each room. Plenty of space to spread out & cozy enough to be together. Great sleep w/wonderful, comfortable beds & pillows! Great showers. Good temperature control in the house. Well-supplied home. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful backyard with pool & hot tub, plus sauna! Very comfortable outdoor seating. Lots of indoor & outdoor games. Great hosts who responded quickly to our questions & anything we needed. Wonderful & relaxing place to spend with family or friends! Thank you, Chris, for everything!

Annual Family Getaway

Beautiful 5,000+ sq.ft. home in an upscale Scottsdale neighborhood, with more amenities than you could imagine. Gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub, grill and covered seating cooled by misters and powered sunshade. Great place to gather and socialize after a day on the golf course. Our group consisted of 10 seniors, all in their 60's-80's. Beds were very comfortable. Deep driveway with loop made parking a breeze for our 5 SUV's. Owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Perfect Compound

Traveling with larger group aged 1 to 65. Needed space and activities on-site as going off-site with 2 infants is difficult. 5 bedrooms all with on-suites worked perfectly. Pool/hot tub/putting green/large yard worked great. House is very clean and modern with lots of space. Location is near restaurants and grocery. Owner was terrific with communication. Would absolutely recommend this house.

This is a beautiful, spacious house with wonderful amenities! We appreciated how it was stocked with all the basics like trash bags, kleenex, TP, etc. and even extras like coffee and ziplock baggies. The host was communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a perfect trip!

This is the perfect house for a large group. We stayed here with our teenage kids and the grandparents for a perfect 4 days! The house has everything you need and is in a great location to shop and stock up. Look forward to returning in the warmer weather!

Luxurious Home in Idyllic Location with Amazing Host!

This home (ESTATE) is absolutely gorgeous! The décor is beautiful, the ceilings are soaring, the home is well-stocked and immaculate, the amenities are luxurious, and the outdoor space is OUTSTANDING!! With the pool (and stone waterfall), hot tub, putting green, fireplace and fire table, and loungers, this home has the ultimate LUXURY backyard!! On top of all of that…Chris was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions super quick, shared how-to guides for the sauna, tv, and kitchen, and went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we had the best stay!! And we did!! We are already talking about returning :-) Thank you, Chris for sharing your home with us! It was truly the best vacation and we cannot wait to return!!

Scottsdale - Perfect Vacation Home

Our family loved our stay at this home. We loved the layout and especially the backyard with the inviting sitting areas, putting green, beautiful pool area and view. Amazing - book it now!

Ever have that moment where you walk into a rental house and realize it is so much nicer than you could have imagined? Stop looking and book this house now. Everything is clean, modern, and new. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING - pool toys, lawn games, TVs everywhere, a gravy boat, first aid kid, a beautiful Brunswick pool table, awesome towels, a brand new hot tub…..the list goes on and on. The house is massive with a separate casita - read the very helpful review here that covers the layout. The best part of the house is the backyard. Pool with waterfall, dining table, fire table, fire place, three separate seating areas. We almost never left the property. The house is also great for kids - high chair, pack-n-play, awesome pool fence, no stairs anywhere, etc. I was worried the location was a bit remote, but it’s a very short drive to the 101 and central Scottsdale. Grocery store 5 minutes away, etc.
