The Neighborhood:
The home sits on the lake within an intimate, gated-community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous lakeviews and lush green grass all throughout the neighborhood. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the nearby golf course, shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Concierge services available upon request. Need the refrigerator or bar stocked before you arrive? Let us know and we can pre-stock the kitchen or bar with whatever you may need, for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping also available.

The home was beautiful in a wonderful neighborhood, close to an assortment of restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and the pool table. Family room furniture could be updated with recliners. Owners were great to work with, very responsive even on Christmas Day! Had to extend stay and they were great to work with. Will hopefully rent again.

Christian was extremely accommodating. His communication and availability from the time we booked to the day after we departed was remarkable. He wanted to ensure every thing went well with our stay. The amenities provided with this house are nothing short of exceptional as well. The house is in a convenient location, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. It was well stocked with anything you might need to host or entertain, including a surplus of cooking utensil and supplies. There is a refrigerator bar that was left fully stocked with bottled water, pop, and beer. Christian also provided two bottles of wine upon checking in. This is our second time staying at this remarkable home and I could definitely see us coming back again. Both of our stays were very nice and we encountered no issues.

Five-Star Stay in Every Way

The home was beautiful and very clean. Christian was a great host and was always prompt to reply with any questions I had. The pool was amazing and we loved the views from the back yard. We had a blast playing pool and appreciated the drinks in the beverage cooler. The home was a short drive to many great restaurants and the Chandler Fashion Center. I would love to stay at this property again.

We had the best time at our week stay here! Beautiful, immaculate home with every detail looked after. Host was super quick to respond and helpful with answering our questions about the area. Beautiful property situated on the lake with stunning sunrise/sunset views. Meticulously maintained. Comfortable sleeping, quiet neighborhood. We used the pool, laundry facilities, and even had a private chef cook in the gourmet kitchen. Bar frig was stocked with sodas, water and local beers. Excellent host. Very accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

This stunning property has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Every detail has been well thought out. Stocked drinks fridge, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries in bathrooms, towels and pool towels all add to a very comfortable stay. Christian was great, switched pool fountain on whenever we needed it within a couple minutes. Fantastic quiet location situated close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. We cannot speak more highly about this property, it’s a must stay.

A fabulous property with a wonderful pool

The house looked just like the pictures. The pool was heated to 85 even though it was July which meant we could enjoy it every day. My sons loved the pool table and even caught some fish on the dock with the supplied rods.
