➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up: there’s one locked hallway cabinet for a cleaner closet that’s off-limits, but other than that, the place is all yours to enjoy. Guests will have access to the entire unit, feel free to make yourself at home!



➤ Availability of free driveway parking for 2 compact cars + garage parking with EV charging. Additionally, there’s free street parking as long as no driveways or garbage bins are obstructed.

This charming neighborhood is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy a tranquil, residential atmosphere with beautifully maintained homes and green spaces. It’s a great area for leisurely strolls and enjoying the outdoors.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
