Enjoy the Luxury of a PRIVATE HEATED POOL:
No need to cut swim time short when the sun goes down — our heated pool lets you relax and play in perfect water temperatures, morning, evening, or even under the stars. This warm oasis adds a touch of resort-style comfort to your stay. Please message us in advance so we can warm it up for you.
$75/ night, 1-2 day notice please depending upon weather. 85 degrees.

HOT TUB:
Relax in your own private hot tub. Whether you're unwinding after a long day outside, soaking sore muscles, or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars, this luxury amenity is private, peaceful, and always ready when you are. You'll love slipping in for a late night dip.
101°F. Guest-controlled. Push the left-most button twice to turn on the jets. Included with your stay at no charge.

Extra high privacy wall on the back of the property and privacy curtains are both provided.

CUSTOM COLOR LIGHTING:
Our backyard comes to life at night with guest-controlled pergola and yard lights that let you choose from a rainbow of colors — including festive holiday themes! Whether you're hosting a celebration, enjoying a quiet evening outdoors, or creating a magical setting for photos, you can customize the vibe with just a tap. Remotes for pergola and yard lights are on the back porch.

PETS:
Pets Welcome (With a Little Extra Info First!)

We know pets are part of the family too! That’s why we happily allow up to 2 low shed, trained dogs to join you during your stay. Please just send us a quick message to confirm we take your dog’s breed before booking — we want to make sure everyone has the best and safest experience possible. Wagging tails welcome!
$75 per pet per stay, paid for during the booking process.

We do ask the guest to be responsible for any pet damages and for keeping a clean yard. $25 charge may be assessed by the cleaners if yard cleaning is needed.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Enjoy evening sunsets or morning coffee with plenty of outdoor seating on the patio or by the firepit. The pool and backyard have been completely renovated to create a welcoming space for our guests to enjoy.

The main yard has plenty of room for yoga or throwing the football. The fenced-in side yard contains additional games for all and is shaded most of the day (nice!).

SAFETY GATE:
The pool area is secured with a safety gate.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT:
Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am.

TRASH:
We know taking care of the trash is not top of mind while on vacation, but we sincerely appreciate your help in this necessary housekeeping item.

SUNDAY: Please place BLACK trash can at the street on Sunday morning.
THURSDAY: Please place PINK can at the street by Thursday evening.

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom: Split King bed (made up of 2 twins) with deep mattresses. Each has an adjustable base underneath, so you can raise or lower the head and/or foot of the bed for your maximum individual comfort. You have your own ensuite in this room. Sleeps 2. Has a pack and play with padded bottom & a high chair for infants.

Bedroom 2: King bed. Shares bathroom #2. Has a desk/makeup vanity with a light-up mirror that has various light settings. Sleeps 2. For safety reasons, the sliding glass door stays locked at all times. Access to the pool and hot tub are via the safety gate on the side of the house.

Bedroom 3: You have a queen bed which sleeps 2. This bedroom shares bathroom #2.

Bedroom 4: You have 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds) in this room, which shares bathroom #2. Sleeps 4. You also have plenty of charging ports on nightstand & wall plug.

BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms.
Your 1st bathroom is an ensuite for the master bedroom and has a shower plus a single sink 42” vanity.
Your 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower combination plus a single sink 38” vanity.

LIVING ROOM
Your living area is open concept and has an 65" Roku TV, a royal blue velvet sofa that folds out to become a queen bed. It also has 4 swivel chairs and a karaoke station. Bedding is in the hall cabinets.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Enjoy the massive island, Revo party barge cooler, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. You'll have all of the full-size major appliances in addition to: Margaritaville machine, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, mixer, blender, toaster, crockpot, plastic dinnerware for kids, wine glasses, margarita glasses, a few bourbon glasses, and all necessary cookware & bakeware, etc. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamers, & syrup are provided. Basic seasonings, oils, baggies, foil, etc. are also provided.

Your dining room has a large dining table ideally suited for 10 but seats a max of 12, so everyone can enjoy meals together.

SMOKING:
Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed anywhere inside the property, including the game room. At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 smoke remediation fee will apply.
