Stay in our newly renovated 4 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom townhouse, in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. A brisk walk will take you to hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops and much more. Enjoy Scottsdale and all of what it has to offer all from our comfortable, quiet and relaxing Charming townhouse. Only steps away from the community pool where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the perfect Scottsdale weather.

2 level townhouse with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. Downstairs you have your living room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and laundry room.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and the community pool. There will be 1 locked owners closet in the home that will not be accessible. There are 2 free parking spots available as well.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are 8 pm - 8 am. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY NOISE MONITORING SYSTEMS. If noise get above a certain level we will ask you to keep it down. If it continues to happen we will be forced to cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY.

ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside the unit. You will be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee if you do smoke inside the unit. If you plan on smoking inside the unit please don’t bother to book this listing. We have successfully charged many guests this $500 cleaning fee because they smoked inside the unit.

Please do not leave trash in the back patio. Take trash to the dumpsters immediately. The community has had rat issues because people would leave trash in the patio overnight.
