I’ve been renting houses for more than 20 years through VRBO. I would have to say that this house is thoughtfully appointed with everything you might reach for in your own home. The location is very close to Old Town which offers limitless shopping and restaurants. Responsiveness of owner was almost immediate before and during our stay.My husband and I were traveling with our son, daughter in law and 2 boys. The two King suites were a real bonus and the boys were happy to have their own rooms.Outdoor space was welcoming and inviting.Neighborhood was quiet and safe.Highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Clean and a wonderful stock of cooking supplies/cookware. Nice linens/towels and comfortable beds. 2 King beds were appreciated.Good location for Scottsdale sites as well as stores nearby. Friendly host who is easy to access. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Gayle, the host made sure that all of our questions were answered both before and during our stay and we really appreciated her great communication. The house is just as described – it is really nice, very clean and was a great spot for our family to use as our homebase for the activities we had in Scottsdale for the time we were there. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely choose to stay again as well when we return again.

This property was ideal for our family visit to AZ over Thanksgiving with two KING ensuites and two QUEEN/TWIN rooms! The property owner went above and beyond to accommodate us with recommendations for Thanksgiving meal catering, bakery for desserts, and also brought table linens to the house in order to make our family meal feel like home! We will certainly stay at Gayle's place the next time our family travels together to AZ!

Amazing Rental!

This was the best place I have ever rented in 10 years. The location was awesome and the owner was super accommodating and wonderful. It is the most well-equipped rental too! Can’t wait to return again soon!

AMAZING!!!

This was the absolute best VRBO me and my family have ever stayed in! The host was sure to communicate each day when we needed her and responded quickly! The location of this property was super convenient since we spent most of our time in Old Town. The house was fully stocked with items needed to stay (cook/dinnerware, cleaning supplies, etc) and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Overall great experience and will definitely be looking into this property our next trip to Scottsdale!

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, great location

We stayed for 2 months at this lovely home. The host was superb in responding to any messages. The house has a warm, very welcoming and tasteful decor - not bland, bare walls found in many VRBOs. * The online photos are accurate. *The two primary suites were welcome for week long visitors seeking refuge from the cold northlands. The kitchen was well outfitted with dishes, cookware, microwave, keurig (and pods). The bathrooms had plentyof towels, bedroom linens, ... The washer-dryer are fairly new and worked well.The beds were *very* comfortable. The outdoor space under the pergola provedcomfortable for warm evenings. The gas grill was clean and ready for use.The house was very clean on arrival. It is located on a thru-street butwas surprising quiet at night. All houses in the neighborhood are a similarage (late 1950s) with nearly all kept in good condition. We felt safeafter dark in the neighborhood. The location is excellent. Old Town is 5 minutes away. About 2 miles ofcontinuous lighted parks, tennis courts, concrete walks, soccer fields,volleyball courts and baseball diamonds are a very short distance from the house.

Exactly as advertised!

Gayle, the hostess, is a great communicator and her house is close to Old Town Scottsdale (we rode bikes there a lot - bikes provided). We stayed for 16 days and it was lovely!

Holiday vacation in AZ

We had a great time, this VRBO was perfect for our family. Enough space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Plenty of towels and blankets were provided. We had a great time playing with the kids in the backyard. The location was perfect, close distance to many attractions in Scottsdale.

Great place, great location!

We were visiting Scottsdale to attend my daughter's graduation from ASU and stayed at this beautiful property. It was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, well-appointed throughout and especially in the kitchen, plenty of space, and a great backyard. I would highly recommend this place! It is also located conveniently near Old Town and while I wouldn't walk to Old Town from there, it's a quick 2 minute drive.

Scottsdale Wedding Weekend

The home was in perfect condition, very well decorated and had the most comfortable beds & furniture. Our family (total of 7 of us) fit very well with the space and enjoyed every aspect (both inside and outside). Then, to top it off even more the location was excellent! Only 15 minutes from the airport and less than 5 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

Five adult family members shared this lovely home during a Spring Training visit. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Its location was perfect for walks into Old Town Scottsdale, and visits to surrounding baseball stadiums, Sedona, and sites such as Montezuma's Castle. The most outstanding features were the amenities. Every room was completely stocked with anything we could possibly need during our stay. This included a kitchen with coffee, baggies, and equipment to meet every cooking need, ample towels, board games, a variety of medicines, and even a yoga mat. Gayle, our hostess, was prompt and friendly in her response to any of our messages. We will definitely stay here again!

4 of us rented this house for a golf tournament called the desert classic at Papago. The location and house were just as described . Great neighborhood and the house was furnished and well stocked.

Amazing stay!

We came here for a bachelorette party and had the best time! Gayle had everything we needed and the house was decorated so cute& was so clean. We had a great time hanging in the backyard and we all slept so good on the comfy beds. Gayle was super responsive as I planned the weekend and during our stay. It was clear she really wanted to make sure we had a great time! Would love to come stay again!

Great location in Scottsdale. This host didn't miss a thing.

My kids and grandson stayed for stayed for five nights. We had a wonderful time. It couldn't have been better. We used the kitchen for several meals. It was so well stocked. The host thought of every little detail. The home was within walking distance of Old Town and many great restaurants around the Scottsdale area. It was so much fun staying there. I will certainly book that home again. Cheers!

Wonderful property but challenging communication with owner

This is a wonderful property - very well stocked kitchen with knives that actually cut - unusual in a rental - and pretty much any item that you might need to self cater; high quality, comfortable bedding; and clean bathrooms. We appreciated the owner leaving extras such as toilet rolls, a first aid kit, spare toiletries, etc for our use, which again is unusual in a rental. Unfortunately though communication with the owner was challenging. We did not receive property access instructions on time and had to chase VRBO to chase the owner as she did not respond to my texts. Additionally, per her request, we made a couple of suggestions for maintenance items at the end of our stay, sent via text and through the VRBO portal, neither of which she acknowledged. The communication issue was unfortunate because this property otherwise warrants a 5+ rating.

Great Family Christmas

Gayle’s home is beautiful. Worked very well for our family Christmas in Scottsdale. We had 4 adults and one child. The home was well equipped. We were able to cook delicious meals and all slept well in the comfortable beds.
