We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a very clean, quiet neighborhood that felt like a private retreat while still being incredibly close to the action.What We Loved:Convenience: We were just minutes away from a fantastic variety of shops, delicious restaurants, and local watering holes.Outdoor Adventure: This is a dream spot for nature lovers. We had easy access to ATV trails, hiking, and endless sightseeing.Easy Navigation: Getting around Phoenix was a breeze thanks to the well-designed road system.Perfect Base for Day Trips:The location makes venturing beyond the city incredibly simple. Another Incredible Stay in Chandler

This was our second, annual stay at this beautiful property and we enjoyed it as much or more than last year. The property is comfortable, clean, modern and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is close to the Chandler mall, shopping and several great dining options, including Mexican, Italian, American, etc. You are also a short drive from downtown Chandler and historic downtown Gilbert.The home and yard are spacious and the host provides corn hole boards and life size Connect Four for your enjoyment. Each bedroom and the living room have TV’s although they were rarely used on our stay. With the pond and fountain, you feel like you’re at your own private resort.Whether you want to be active and explore the local area, the Phoenix metro area or just lounge in the sun, this home has it all to make you feel like you’re at home away from home.

Truly Was An Oasis

This home, the property it’s on and the neighborhood is incredible! Fully remodeled and updated home with beautiful yard - pool, patio, grille, outdoor tv and short steps to a large pond that has a fountain which can be heard inside the home.Inside are large tvs and plenty of space to relax and unwind from a desert hike or round of golf. Mattresses and bedding are new and the kitchen is the most well stocked I’ve experienced in a VRBO property.Within a 2 mile radius there are grocery stores, a Whole Foods around the corner, plus shops, drug stores, restaurants, a mall and several sporting goods stores. Check out the surrounding area on google - you’ll be impressed with the conveniences nearby.We really enjoyed our stay and our host has been fantastic. You won’t regret renting this amazing property.

Perfect family vacation

Everything exceeded our expectations! Place was spotlessly clean inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood that was so convenient to everything. Luis was very attentive to any questions or requests and gave very good instructions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. We were a family of 7 adults and the bed bath configuration worked perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked including lots of coffee and tea. A very nice touch. Thank you Luis!

Lovely, comfortable home

House was tastfully and comfortably decorated. Owner was super easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as well as the cornhole game provided by the host. Home was nicely located to visit many of Phoenix's areas of interest. We would stay here again.

A Beautiful Home Near the Water

This house was very nice. The outside near the pool was so relaxing. The check in process was super easy and much appreciated. The close-out instructions were clear and not overly onerous. Communication with the host was easy. One suggestion: the upstairs balcony could use some comfy outdoor furniture. I would have enjoyed outside balcony time, relaxing before bed. Overall a very good experience.

This property is newly remodeled and modern. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Luis is fantastic and very responsive. He strives to exceed your expectations and wants you to have a top shelf experience. The house and yard are well taken care of for your enjoyment. If you like to be active, you are minutes away from restaurants and Chandler Fashion Center, as well as Downtown Chandler. Loop 101, Loop 202 and US 60 are nearby to give you quick access to anywhere in the valley. Hiking at South Mountain is a short 15 - 20 minute drive away. If you prefer to relax, life size Connect 4, corn hole and hammock are provided. Book this property…you won’t be disappointed.

Lake View Home

Very clean and spacious home in a beautiful and calming setting! Just as pictured. The host was easily accessible and always polite. He responded quickly to each of my inquiries and resolved the one thing we needed assistance with during our stay. Since our trip turned into a working vacation for me, I truly appreciated the separate office space with two large monitors, keyboard and mouse. Great Stay in Chandler!!

I rented this lovely 4 bedroom house for family members who were visiting from the PNW. I live nearby in the neighborhood and wanted a clean, modern and beautiful home for them. They all enjoyed it very much. The all loved the pool! The house had all kinds of amenities you'd want like games, pool towels, kitchen essentials, including a French Press coffee maker - everything super convenient and well stocked. Location is awesome with Whole Foods within a few blocks. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to 101 freeway with easy and fast access to Scottsdale, Tempe and airport. The backyard was beautiful with a peaceful and pretty view of a small lake with fountain, lots of trees and flowers in view. The house was furnished nicely and the had been recently remodeled. If any of us had any questions we were able to ask the owner and he was always very prompt with replying. My family was happy! What a great stay!

For severe relaxation!!!

This property is located in the heart of Chandler. Close to stores, restaurants, ball fields, golf courses. The backyard was a little piece of heaven. The pool so relaxing and refreshing. The inside of the home was completely renovated and looked brand new. Any questions we had were instantly answered by the home host. We golfed 3 days at beautiful courses, watched WSU vs ASU college baseball in Tempe, went to an escape room, went shopping at Nordstrom Rack about 2 minutes away, went to Apache Junction ghost town . This home is within 20 min of the airport, easy commute. Loved it !!!

Sweet Little Getaway

Beautiful house, great ambiance and lots of amenities. My only “issue” was the pillows (and I brought my own so it wasn’t really an issue for me). They were pretty hard in the bedroom in the ground floor. Luis did a great job and making sure we had what we needed and anytime I contacted him, he got back in touch within 5 minutes!

AMAZING

We came from Alaska for a hockey tournament- the house was large enough for the whole family and enough beds to sleep 8 people very comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, everything is SPOTLESSLY clean and new. Beautiful area close to everything, clean pool and the kids caught catfish in the lake! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, Luis was an excellent host too!
