Very clean and chic home with new furnishings and hotel like amenities. Attention was paid to every detail. Stylish yet comfortable. Although the lake is not swimmable, Explore the lake by paddle boat, kayaks or choose to stay on land and enjoy the neighborhood with my bicycles. Relax and unwind while sitting lakeside and viewing the water fountains day to night from the house, on the dock, on the patio or in the backyard. A small plastic pool or an inflatable pool is available to cool off for the little ones. Adjacent to Thunderbird Preserve for hiking and across the street from a very exclusive neighborhood park offering volleyball, basketball, a playground and picnic areas. Blocks away from the top of the 101 allows easy access to everything!! Tons of dining and shopping close by (including grocery stores!) 27 minutes from the airport. Close proximity to all Spring Training, Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, all the golf courses you can play, minutes from the Hurricane Harbor Phoenix water park. close to Glendale State Farm Stadium, Barrett Jackson Car Show, Surprise Sports Complex, Surprise Stadium, Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, Gila River Arena, top golf, indoor entertainment centers, Mayo Clinic close by. 2 Blocks to Midwestern University and close to University of Phoenix, ASU west campus and GCU. Westgate outlets, P83, North of everything; 5 minutes to Phoenix and North Scottsdale. Adjacent to the 17 Fwy to take a day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon! Everything is so close!

Excellent place with everything you need and more!

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. Everything was clean and the kitchen is stocked and labeled with many accessories, spices, coffee, condiments and so much more! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Wonderful Family Stay

We stayed for five weeks, all very delightful. Mary was very responsive and helpful when needed. The location is great, especially enjoyed siting out on the dock and watching the lake. Thanks, all in all a great visit.

There are so many things to do at this house. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was so nice, secluded and backyard that overlooks lake to fish. We would highly recommend. Host was incredibly kind and gave us great ideas!

The home was clean, well stocked and very roomy for our family. We used the paddleboat and kayaks and loved being on the lake. Great Expectations

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Just a wonderful weekend place to stay.

Hidden gem in Glendale

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home in Glendale. The home was immaculate, toys plentiful and the location on the water was an added bonus. Mary checked on us several times in order to make certain we were happy. We will return as soon as the property is available! It was perfect for us.

Definitely worth staying here over a hotel. Home was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all her games, bikes and boats. The playground nearby was also a treat, especially for our dog. I was skeptical of all the 10 ratings but for this place the reviews are accurate.

Everything even better than expected from the excellent reviews - location, cleanliness, contents. We enjoyed the patio, view and yard, games and kitchen. We had arrived late and it was so nice to have breakfast items available in the morning. Communication from Mary perfect. Have breakfast at the Sunshine Breakfast Bar.
