Welcome to your charming desert oasis nestled in an exclusive residential Mesa neighborhood. Experience luxury and comfort in our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Mesa, Arizona. This prime location offers easy access to everything you need.

Conveniently located just a short drive from Tempe, Scottsdale, and major universities including ASU. Whether you're exploring local attractions or attending events, you'll find our home perfectly situated for your Arizona adventures. Enjoy the blend of tranquility and accessibility in our spacious retreat.

Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and brand-new designer furniture. Master ensuite features a king-sized bed with a hotel-quality mattress, a walk-in closet, soaking tub and step-in shower. Four upstairs bedrooms offer new hotel-quality bedding, and one bedroom/bathroom conveniently on the main level.

Outside, unwind in the ultra-private yard with a heated resort-style heated pool, fire feature, seating area, and Weber grill. Additional amenities include private garage parking and ample driveway space.

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in: After 4 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
• No smoking inside the home (penalty:
$500/day)
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (except
water)
• No moving of indoor or outdoor furniture
• Registered guests only (no additional people
without permission)
• Excess trash/recycling: DO NOT overfill
garbage/recycling bins. Any excessive garbage
requiring extra pick up will be charged $100-
199.
• Follow checkout instructions to avoid excessive
cleanup charges (min $75+)


GENERAL RULES:

• No parties (special events require advance
approval)
• No drugs or firearms on the property; all illegal
activity is prohibited
• Good Neighbor Policy: Respect our quiet,
family neighborhood, keeping
noise levels under 60 dBA during the day
• Quiet hours: Music/noise must be turned down
after 9PM. No unreasonable noise between the
hours of 9pm-8am per city ordinance:
Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered
unreasonable (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10).
• Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event,
including camera footage, excessive garbage
or other evidence will result in a fine of
$5000, legal action, and possible eviction
without reimbursement, plus
the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that
result from the event.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Weekly pool and landscaping services are
scheduled (they will need access to the
backyard; let us know if this is an issue)
• Discounts available for extended stays (7 days
or more)
• For longer stays (more than 28 days), biweekly
house cleaning is required

This was the perfect place for our stay! Beautiful home with plenty of room for 12 adults. Had everything we needed to cook in. The pool was great! Thank you!

It was a nice place to stay with a bunch of lady friends that go somewhere every year. The house was big enough for seven of us to fit comfortably.. We paid the extra to have the heated pool and it was worth it. We hung out by the pool a lot.

We were there for a month. Visited eight different Cactus League ballparks. Drove up to Sedona one day. Son and wife and grandson and girlfriend came for a week. Daughter came for three weeks with a friend, and my younger brother visited for a week. Great time was had by all. Heated the pool for all the swimmers Connie our hostess was terrific. Thanks for letting me visit your property.

12 of us (2 families and our parents) stayed here for Christmas. It had plenty of room for all of us, and was a great location to explore Phoenix and the area from. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and we had a great time.

I traveled with a 14U volleyball team and some parents. There was a little hiccup at check-in with the cleaning, but they were right on it and everything was taken care of promptly. Very spacious property and great pool. We walked down to the community park for some beach volleyball. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We were in town for a family wedding, so a large group of us stayed. It was amazing!!! We loved the house, it’s huge, plenty of room for adults and kids! Connie and her husband Fernando were super responsive to any questions I had ahead of our stay and during! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!!

Overall, the house is great. Lots of fun things to do as guests and room to do them. Owner is fantastic and responsive to any issues that may arise (we had a few and they were very communicative and got them resolved quickly) The only suggestions for improvement might be to better stock a few things in the house (towels, some additional (or replacing) kitchen things e.g. kitchen griddle, mixing spoons/spatulas) But again, overall, very good house, reasonable owner and rules. I'd stay here again!

I rented 3 homes for my extended family to stay in for my daughter's wedding. The day before we left I discovered that one of the homes had been canceled by the host. While looking for a replacement, I came across this house. In addition to being in the right part of town and sleeping a large group, it was reasonably priced. Additionally, the owners were very responsive - a huge plus given issues I had with the other homes I rented. The house was exactly as described. It is very spacious, clean, well furnished, and well stocked. It's in a nice neighborhood, and very easily accessible. There are a lot of beds, making it perfect for accommodating large groups. We had several infants, and were easily able to keep families together, while allowing those without kids to be insulated from any crying. Overall, it worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very big in size to accommodate our family. We weren’t happy that we couldn’t control the temperature of home. There were restrictions and if you wanted it raised it was an additional fees. The living area stayed hot our entire stay. The carpet upstairs needed cleaning badly, very dirty looking.The refrigerator filter needed replaced so we weren’t able to get water or ice from it. Couldn’t open windows for relief of heat in living area due to no screens or there ripped and could let in mosquitoes. They charge for pool to be heated daily that’s not included in your rental. The landscaping was needing some major help,wasn't taken care of at all. We felt as though our bedding hadn’t been cleaned either, due to crumbs and stains left behind. We paid quite a bit to rent this property so we’re a bit dissatisfied.

The house was great for our reunion. Plenty of space for 10 people without tripping over each other. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids and the pool table was a nice addition. Connie was a great host. Answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this house.

This house has everything you could ask for. Perfectly stocked, very clean and smelled amazing upon arrival. The hosts are super easy to communicate with and were super accommodating after our family was displaced from our home suddenly and needed a space large enough for our crew. The backyard is peaceful with bird chirping in the morning and the waterfall in the pool. The shuffle board and pool table have made my teen sons especially happy during our stay. I cannot Rave enough about the home and hosts! This was a perfect home away from home! Thank you for your hospitality!
