The space
-Open spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and natural lighting. Featuring unique local art, a ROKU TV, bluetooth soundbar and a comfy sleeper couch, chair and dining area. Just replaced the couch with a new larger couch with an ottoman that is super comfortable!
-Modern open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and high end cookware/pots/pans. Reverse osmosis UV drinking water system. Brita water filter.
-Spacious bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and a shower filter for a spa- like shower experience.
-Spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, comfy king memory foam mattress, full length mirror, a dedicated work area and walk in closet.
-Back bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, a reading nook and sky windows with blackout shades.
-Both rooms have USB ports bedside. Just added wireless iphone/Apple watch/Airpod charging stations bedside.
-Private laundry room with full size LG washer/dryer in the home.
-Private garage access below with direct access into the home.

Very cute townhouse, clean and updated, with friendly neighbors! The garage with stairs leading inside was a nice option to have. We enjoyed our stay very much! Ryan the host, was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. 10/10 will stay here again :)

The condo was very nice. The area the unit was in was a nice area, quiet, and felt safe. I met one neighbor as I was accessing the unit and he was very pleasant. Being able to use the garage for parking was a huge plus for me and was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as we never trust being parked on the street. My feeling at this property thou, after staying here, was that I would be very comfortable going out to the car after dark if you had forgotten something. The complex seemed very safe. Not being from the area, safety is very important for me, as my wife and I are in are 60’s. The unit was very comfortable and clean. There is a little balcony off the entrance that has the morning sun that’s just perfect for relaxing, having a cup of coffee, and planning your day. I didn’t go over to the pool area, so I can’t comment on that except that the unit appears to have good close access to it. The gentleman that I met, that lives in the complex, was commenting that the pool area was a nice area. When we are back in the area in the future, we will definitely check with the host to see if this property is available.

Loved this stay! It smelled like smoke thanks to previous rule breakers, but overall, it was really a nice stay. Ryan was such a good communicator, very friendly!

This was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The place was spotless. I especially love the peaceful atmosphere and unique design. The host was responsive and also made sure everything was just right. A truly wonderful comfortable place to stay! I highly recommend booking this property!

Cute apartment. CLEAN. Didn’t use kitchen but things seemed very clean. Looked like it had all the cooking basics.Great bathroom and decent bed. The couch and living area are small and not very cozy, but it looks very nice. The water pressure kind of stinks, but great overall.

Next time I’m in AZ, I’d choose this place again.

Ryan was very communicative and willing to accommodate us with little requests. The place was very clean and had a great coffee bar. Hint: take advantage of the pour over! Our family of 4 fit well with the two bedrooms. Thank you for the great experience!

The property gave exactly what I was expecting from the pictures. Has a very nice ambiance and the community is quiet. Would stay again or recommend to family/friends.
