We had a great time at a great property...I believe his name was Sergio, he came and changed out the water in the hot tub so we had fresh water for our entire stay, meant a lot!

Spacious House

The house was clean and spacious as advertised. The house was well appointed. The backyard was very private with a nice pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive. We were 3 adults there for spring training. The house was perfect for us and will use it next year if we come back for spring training.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay here, with neighborhood walks and pleasant times on the patio and in the pool. Owners need to stay in touch with the linen service to make sure that adequate bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is very pretty and can use a few more cooking utensils. We loved the pool and were grateful that it could be heated.

My wife and I are so happy to find such a great home to stay in during our trip to the Phoenix area. We recently retired and wanted to get out of the winter cold. Three out of our four children, and their own young children, were able to visit us during our stay and everyone raved about the location, the house, the pool and hot tub. Needless to say, we spent the majority of our time outside in the pool area.We were extremely impressed with Sherrie's communication - when asked if certain items were available at the house prior to our visit, Sherrie made sure the items were made available and contacted us to be sure we were satisfied. When we had questions, Sherrie was sure to return our messages quickly. On top of our happiness with Sherrie, we must also commend the pool/hot tub people Sherrie employs to clean both the pool and the hot tub - Sergio, Clara and Miguel. They were so concerned about our happiness and took it upon themselves to visit a couple times weekly to clean and change hot tub water, if necessary. They were the best. In addition to these great folks, our neighbor across the street was also concerned with our happiness and offered his help, if needed - Scott. We did ask for his help a few times and I really was impressed. We had absolutely no complaints during our visit and our children kept asking if we would be renting the same house next year as they were comfortable and happy with the location.

Nice property!

The home was comfortable and very well equipped. It was very clean inside and out. The owner was accommodating in allowing us to check in several hours early which was a big help since we were traveling from out of town. I would definitely recommend this property!
