If you love to relax, golf, dine, shop, swim, jog, walk or bike then this is your place! Located in the heart of Scottsdale making it the best location in the valley. You can walk, jog or bike along the adjacent greenbelt. It's also convenient to all the attractions including Spring Training fields and some of the best golfing in the country. Only 3 miles north of Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, 2 miles west of the 101 freeway, which can get you anywhere in the city. Close to Kierland Commons and Old Town Scottsdale. Best of all the unit is in a gated community on the 1st floor and it has a resort style community heated pool, spa and gas BBQ grill within steps of the unit!

Our comfortable condo has a nice floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a covered back patio with an outdoor patio table, seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, flat cooktop stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Perfect for those who love to cook and stay in. The living room is just off the kitchen and has a large sectional couch great for curling up and reading a book or watching TV on the large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area is just off the living room with a table for 4.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and private bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds. All 3 bedrooms have custom closets.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Nice location. Ironing board needs a pad. Would be ok to have a night stand in the two “queen” bedrooms as well as a chair. The patio chairs need cushions. The pool, hot tub were excellent. Maybe one more chair by the table. Thankful for the washer and dryer. We truly enjoyed our time there. Thanks.

The location of the condo was great. We were near main roads that took us to two spring training games in difference locations and great restaurants. It condo itself was adequate... clean... everything we needed. I did think there was a walk-in shower from the pictures, but there wasn't. It was nice being so close to the pool.

The condo great for a short stay. Beds are excellent. Kitchen is not as well appointed as could be if you are doing your own cooking. You’re close to excellent restaurants however! The Xplorie benefit is great too. We are both golfers so took advantage of that benefit!

Property was just as described. Only one complaint and it’s not much of one. The spare bedrooms could use some room darkening curtains. Other than that, great location and a well stocked kitchen. Host always replied promptly when questioned.

The condos direct access to the pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed lots of sun bathing and float time. The full-time residents seemed less friendly and sometimes came across as irritated by our presence. We kept the A/C at 74 but it did vut out several times during our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful! Great locatio !

Overall it was very good. Most of the time we were alone in the pool/ hot tub. Location was perfect for we needed. Unfortunately we were not able to use the free daily perks this time. It was very close to two supermarkets We would stay there again if available. Only down side was the sparatic. Internet which we lost almost daily.

Overall not a bad stay and in a good location for Scottsdale. Was expecting a bit nicer for the price we paid. Floors where very dirty and had hair balls everywhere. Outside patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so didn’t use it. Sheets and towels where clean though.

We went for the ASU game. The location was perfect as far as being close to old-town Scottsdale, and easy to get down to the ASU campus. The unit had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again!
