The house was in a great location for our stay. We were visiting our daughter at ASU and this was very convenient to campus. The nearby park was great for morning walks and it was nice to spend relaxing afternoons in a private pool/lounging area versus a crowded hotel in Tempe. Very convenient to Scottsdale for shopping and restaurants.

Fun place for a mommy daughter weekend

We enjoyed this property quite a bit, our kids loved it! They had floaties and games which entertained them for hours. The grass surrounding the property was great, less burnt toes as we were there in July. Would rent again.

Long weekend family getaway

We had a great long weekend stay. Raymond was very attentive and responsive checking in throughout our trip. The house was great and exactly as pictured. Backyard games with heated pool kept my two boys fully entertained. Would highly recommend this property.

Fun in the sun

Had a great stay! The pool and outdoor activities were great - we all spent lots of time playing ping pong, corn hole and swimming in the pool. Loved all the gathering areas inside and out, plenty big for our group of 8. The bunk room was fun for the kids. Raymond was a great host - proactive and communicative, and super responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

We could not have asked for anything better!

Raymond is easy to deal with and very good at communicating with us. The house was very clean, well equipped, and had lots of room for three couples. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor space. Everything was as advertised, and we would be happy to stay at this location again.

Wedding weekend was made!

I rented this house for my parents and family members to stay at over my wedding weekend. It was way better than I imagined and an excellent place to host all the family in town during all the wedding festivities, as it had a very nice kitchen to feed everyone. Everyone had a blast swimming, playing cornhole, playing air hockey, and table tennis. This weekend was so much fun and this house was a big part of that!

Excellent property and stay!

This is a beautifully updated home that offers amenties for the entire family. It was just as advertised and very clean. The property manager, Ray, was very accessible and responsive whenever needed. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!
