☀ Escape to our beautifully renovated Grayhawk home, featuring a private pool and spa on a spacious lot with a lush grassy yard. The north/south orientation ensures plenty of sun on the pool all day.

☀Pool Heating Fees:
Pool & Hot Tub Heating: $100 pre-heat + $100/night (Additional information please refer to other details to note section)

Two EV chargers are available: a Tesla charger (200-240V~, 48A, 50/60Hz) and a generic EV charger with output current options of 12A, 24A, 28A, 30A, 32A, 40A, 48A, and 50A.

☀ 2023 renovations have infused the home with a timeless elegance, featuring updated floors, a modern kitchen, refreshed bathrooms, new paint, and contemporary lighting. The interior living spaces flow seamlessly into a deep covered patio, perfect for embracing the outdoor lifestyle amidst the lush backyard.

☀ The heart of the home, a reimagined kitchen, opens to the Great Room, creating an inviting atmosphere for social gatherings. An additional living area offers versatile options for dining and entertainment. Retreat to the spacious primary bedroom, a sanctuary offering a private spa bath, walk-in closet, and a luxurious vessel tub.

☀ You will be accommodated in style with three additional bedrooms located in a separate wing. The mini-master suite boasts a private bath and walk-in closet, while two additional guest bedrooms share a full hall bath. The convenience of an EV charger and Tesla charger awaits in the two-car garage.

☀ Set within one of Scottsdale’s premier communities, this home is a gateway to the Arizona lifestyle, with easy access to golf courses, fine dining, shopping, schools, and world-class events.

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.

☀If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any early-check in and late check-out as we can.

☀ Guest may park in the garage. Two car chargers are available, a generic electric charger and a Tesla Charger.

☀Pool & Hot Tub Heating
Heating for the pool and hot tub is available for an additional $100 pre-heat fee plus $100 per night. The system can only heat one at a time, but once pre-heated, it can maintain heat in both.

Heating operates on a seasonal schedule, and we kindly ask for at least 2 days’ notice if you`d like to use this service.

If you have a preference (e.g., prioritizing a hotter hot tub), feel free to message us—we`re happy to adjust the heating settings. Otherwise, the system will follow the standard heating schedule.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
