Welcome to to the Hummingbird Oasis! Located with easy access to the I-10 and Loop 303 in Goodyear, Arizona! When you stay here, you are minutes away from everything!

Golf, Shopping, Hiking or just relaxing in the warm sun. Goodyear, Arizona has it all.

Located only 30 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport for quick commutes in and out.

Wake up with your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the large pool with desert themed back yard. You will likely see many hummingbirds buzzing around the trees and patio! Enjoy the evening with a dip in the spa after a day of hiking or golf.

This property is cleaned professionally and sanitized between every stay. Book with confidence!

The property has a spacious kitchen with all the amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice maker and blender. The kitchen also has a wine fridge for keeping those bottles of wine at just the right temperature. It also has all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes that you will need for a comfortable stay.

The living room has a 65" Smart TV with Netflix access, Roku and an android streaming box. The couches are new and modern, and there is a sofa pullout bed if needed.

In the upper level, the loft area includes a sofa (convertible to bed), a desk area with lamp, network color printer and an entertainment unit with a 55" Smart TV with Netflix access, antenna local TV, Roku, and android streaming box.

The Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a dresser with another 55" Smart TV, access to Netflix, local antenna TV and an Amazon Firestick.. The master bathroom has double sinks, a large bathtub, shower and a huge walk-in closet. The shower has a large bath gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser that is fully stocked.

There are 2 other identical bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, lamps with plug-ins and closets with area for storage.

The upstairs also includes a fully stocked laundry area and another bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo with another shampoo/conditioner and bath gel dispenser.

There is also a garage available for parking of 1 car if needed.

Goodyear Ballpark is 5 minutes away for spring training baseball (Reds and Guardians) along with close access to many other parks across the Phoenix Valley.

Perfect for our family. Clean as pleasant house, hot tub and pool were heated well, kitchen was well appointed, location was great for us, green area across the street, playground nearby. Owner was very responsive to our questions. No problems.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The house was exactly as described and communication with Curtis was quick and easy. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The hot tub and pool were both clean and heated. Check in and out were both easy as well. We found the location of the house to be perfect for us. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store, gas station and only 25 min to the airport. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Everything about the house was great! Communication was fast and easy. The notes about the pool said to request the heat be turned on 3 days in advance - which we didn't know - but Curtis turned it on the day we got there and it heated up very quickly which we needed because the weather was horrible! The house is so nice and private. The pool and backyard area was very clean and also private. Across the street from the house is a pretty park type green area and the neighborhood seemed friendly, nice, and safe. The beds were super comfortable. The flow of the house is so welcoming. Also, the host was gratuitous and let us stay past check out because our flight was delayed. We really enjoyed the house and hope to go back in the spring!

It was perfect, we couldn't fully enjoy it due to being gone for the bulk of our short stay. My wife enjoyed doing water arobics in the pool every morning. I didn't bother with trying to use the wifi since we have cellular data on our phones, watches and tablets. We didn't have time to cook anything, but the kitchen was perfect for us. My sister and her husband made a few mistakes with the door code and locked it out for a while. Curtis, the property manager, opened the door remotely for her as soon as I texted him at night (sorry, we were still at the reception). So very responsive, and thankful they let us stay with only being there 3 nights. Will do it again if the opportunity presents. Thank you

Great Stay

The location was perfect for us. The house was clean, spacious, and well furnished with everything we needed. Spent a lot of time in the backyard with the pool and hot tub. Flowers were in full bloom and gorgeous.

Convenient location

Host was prompt. Pool was heated and was clean. Nice landscaping around back yard. Quiet neighborhood. House was comfortable and had all we needed. Lots of condiments in fridge and pantry. Owner required not wearing street shoes in the house which was difficult to work around but not impossible. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

Perfect place for Cleveland Spring Training

This house was in a perfect location to everything. So close to the ball park. Outside landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The house was spacious and had every amenity we could need. Even 2 hair dyers. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The hot tub is older but works great and was appreciated since our weather was cool. We used it almost every day. Perfect dining table to accommodate all 6 of us and for playing games and creating great memories and laughs. The host, Curtis was quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this home and all it has to offer.

outdoor heaven

We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. They were so well-maintained. The location of the property is ideal. Access to numerous places without traffic. We hiked at skyline and white tank parks. Numerous trails for all hiking skills. We highly recommend this property.

Great place for our stay

The hummingbird oasis was a great place to stay for our quick family vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable. We got a lot of use of the heated pool and hot tub! Overall a great stay.
