Spring Training Stay

Good location, nice property amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Love the 3 full bathrooms! Simple but lovely outdoor space with chairs, fire pit and BBQ. Guest parking (2 parking garages are provided) was scarce in the evening but we did find a spot!

Nice house, great location.

Nicely appointed property. Lots of space to spread out. Really enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Please be advised, you need a small car for the garage, but it was nice to have the safety of a garage.

Rio Paseo House

House is terrific, though it isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues as all the bedrooms are upstairs. House is ver spacious consisting of family room, living room, dining room, well-appointed kitchen and full bathroom on the first floor. Three spacious bedrooms, laundry room as well as two additional bathrooms are upstairs. A small but nicely laid out yard with a grill, bistro set and 4 Adirondack charis around a table/firepit, make for a cozy setting. Will seek out this house for next visit to Goodyear and highly recommend it.

Great place, management lacking

The house itself was great for our stay. Nice neighborhood, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was communication with the management company. We didn't receive the correct code to get in and didn't hear back from them for 2 hours. There also wasn't info in the house with things like the wifi password, so we had to message to ask for that and also for things like the pool key. Again, house is great, management company's communication was not. Also, pool in the neighborhood is not heated.

Nice house, no where for guests to park.

The house itself is nice. We had plenty of room to move about in, and the outdoor patio was right off the kitchen and living room with lots of sunshine. The only reason I am giving property 3 stars is because of the parking. There is none. The cars must be parked in the garage and this house has two one car garages which are so small the passenger has to exit the vehicle before the car goes inside. They say there are public spaces but that is only if you can find one, they are usually filled up along the street. This prevented us from having friends over for dinner, as they would have had to walk at least a block from the house IF they were even able to find a spot to park in. Parking in front of the garages is prohibited with the threat of towing if violated. For this reason we will not be coming back.
