This property is located in a great central location, close to highway 51. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and all the major events the valley of the sun has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You will find a sparkling pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. You will also fin BBQ's, pool tables and a gym on site. 1 reserved covered parking spot and many other uncovered guest spots.

2 bedrooms and 1 full bath (walk-in shower); located on the 2nd floor with NO STAIRS/Elevator Access. The master offers a king bed and television. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Desk space in the main room. Patio has a small table and chairs to enjoy the weather and views. In unit full size washer and dryer.

***1 pet allowed. Please add upon booking and inform of type, breed and weight. Guests liable for any damages.

***Televisions are SMART TV's only. You can login to your personal accounts.

Villa Anasazi Condo

The condo was about as expected. It was clean and well equipped, and was convenient to shopping. The grounds were well done and the view of the golf course was pleasant. The Roku TV did not have cable, antenna nor apps that would allow network broadcasts.

Absolutely Perfect!

Wes was amazing and accommodating! Place is exactly as advertised, clean, perfect location; quickly felt like a home away from home. Would 100% stay again (already thinking about fall time again). Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Very disappointed in the condition of unit

The unit was old, filthy, and in disrepair. Our gate fob for entrance into property never did work and we did not get any help from management company even though I told them 3x. Carpet in both bedrooms was old and dirty and the 2 throw rugs in the bathroom needed a good washing. The kitchen cabinets had crumbs. We were told we would have the necessities available but only had one roll of toilet paper for the week. The whole unit needs a deep cleaning. The actual community was very nice and the pools were lovely.

Excellent Place

We had an excellent time at the condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and sitting on the balcony watching the golf course.

Excellent getaway

Our stay was great. We wound up taking a long drive to the location, and arrived later in the day. Property manager was very accommodating. The area was very nice and well secured, felt very safe. Pools around the area very clean and secured, had to have keys or access. A ton of restaurants around the area. Couldn't be better.

Great central location

Location was great. Easy access to highways so everything was about a 25 minute drive. Right on the golf course, very near grocery, coffee, and stores. Would definitely stay agai.
