The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.

Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Please note that the host is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items during your stay. However, if our Housekeeping team is able to locate an item that has been left behind, we will gladly return it to you upon receipt of a $65 fee.

This fee covers the cost of shipping as well as the time and resources required to locate and return your item.
