This Secure and Exclusive location is great for couples and/or families wanting to be near the heart of Scottsdale!
This community is beautiful! Starting when you first enter the complex your drive past the club house area with a gorgeous pond with fountains and waterfalls!

You will feel right at home in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Everything you need for your home away from home is provided! Pack your bags and stay a while!

Five different community pools in the complex. Four of the pools are HEATED with 6 hot tubs throughout! A fitness center is available for your use with limited equipment. (Recumbent exercise bikes & Elliptical machine along with ping pong table)
There is a clubhouse as well with a TV, daily newspapers, game tables, Free Coffee and soda beverages, massage room, men and women's locker rooms, showers & sauna.
Tennis amenities include 7 lighted hard courts, one of which is a championship court with grandstand seating and an observation deck. Additionally, 2 featured grass courts and an on-premise pro shop with a broad selection of rackets, gear and apparel for sale. Mid stay cleaning are required for reservations every 14 nights. Mid stay cleanings are an additional $110.

Main bedroom has a private en suite bathroom.

Sleeping arrangement for up to 5 guests.
Main Bedroom: King size bed
Second Bedroom: Queen size murphy bed
One Queen air mattress will also be provided in the main bedroom closet for additional sleeping arrangements.

We are required to have reservations of 30 days or more.
As part of our efforts to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we strive to arrange reservations that are consecutive and without large gaps in between. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and if possible, we may request your assistance in shifting your reservation dates to better accommodate our scheduling needs. Thank you for your support!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Great 3 Month Stay

The three of us very much enjoyed a very comfortable 3 month stay in this unit while getting some work done on our house. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean with a good supply of towels. My wife and I started playing pickleball and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub near by. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at least a month. Paige was extremely helpful.

We were able to book this property at the last minute. It was ready for us, lights and music were on very welcoming. It has all the necessary items needed for our stay. The host group was helpful and left good instructions for what needed to be done. We enjoyed the location, the facility and would love to return some day.

Racquet Club Stay

Great Location and beautiful grounds! Check in was not fun! Traveled 1500 miles and could not get in the gate with info provided to us. It was a weekend and the HOA office was closed. Thank goodness a fellow renter gave us their code to get in and out until Monday when the office opened. After communication with the property manager they did give us the owners code but it did not work on both gates. Very frustrating! The kitchen was well stocked. Bedding, towels and mattresses could be updated. A musty odor was also present. I do think the condo needed a deep clean! If these items were taken care of I would consider staying again!

Month Long Last Minute Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. Communication was very easy with the management company and they addressed any issues promptly. The bed needed a foam topper and the owner approved it right away. The location was perfect for us. The parking was right in front of the condo. It was quiet and had plenty of room. This is a place we could see ourselves living. All the appliances worked well. I would add blackout curtains in the bedroom, the shutters leave a good amount of light in. We like it very dark. We have stayed in many Vrbo places, this was up high on the list .

Nice condo

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was comfortable and in a great location. I didn’t use the clubhouse, but I did use the pool very frequently and it was very relaxing. There were tiny screws on the balcony and living room floor, but other than that the place was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say is that checkin in at 4pm but you’re supposed to meet with the key card person who leaves at 4. Maybe checkin could be at 3 so you have time to meet with her.

Spacious 2 bed/2bath condo

This 2bd 2bath condo is spacious. The beds and coach and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. You don’t hear the neighbors. The unit backs up to a busy street, but you really don’t notice the traffic. Pools and grounds are really nice. Great location and the management team respond instantly and are great to work with.

My son and I enjoyed this vacation rental for a 4-week stay and would definitely rebook this unit in the future if available. It is clean, well stocked and the pictures posted on VRBO accurately reflect the unit.

Great stay in the Scottsdale, AZ area

The condo is very conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and outdoor activities. The Racquet Club itself is a gated community which allows for peaceful walks within the community. The pools are well kept and heated and if you like tennis, there is plenty of opportunity to play here. The condo itself is not large but there is more than enough space for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well stocked with a nice sized table for dining. We were very comfortable living there. The communication with the property managers was excellent and they responded quickly to all our requests and questions. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to stay for awhile in Scottsdale.
