Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Furnished with a queen size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

Loved the location and the parks next to the property. We were disappointed that there was no dishwasher. And the unit was not as clean as we would have liked when we checked in.

Fairly Minor issues

Did not receive Pin code before arriving. Was a hassle getting a return call to get in. Only 3 pillow (poor quality) provided and told there were no more. Were provided coffee & a pot but No filters for coffee pot. Said they don't provide filters. Weird. They have coffee at the office but it's not open till 9m.

Scottsdale Relaxation!

Clean, amenities staff & other guests very welcoming. Great area w/expansive green belt and many activities. Close to Old Town. Actual units quite small and minimally furnished including household utensils, etc. Price for 5 weeks reasonable.

Quiet and close to family visiting in the area for a wedding.

We were amazed by the convenience in the checking in process even though it was on Christmas Day. The help from the office staff prior to our leaving our home state was comforting. A little unsure upon arrival about location of grocery stores and places to eat was quickly solved. Using online serves such as Urber and Uber Eats the problem was easily solved. The Greenbelt adjacent to he property was great. Wonderful plus being able to just going out the door and feeling safe to get exercise and enjoy the weather. We took advantage of the laundry facilities which were clean and easy to use. Loved the pool/hot tub and all the seating that was available throughout the property to enjoy a good book or a game. Loved our stay!

Small but just right

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. Loved the location! The one bedroom is perfect for a couple. It was clean and had all the basics. The grounds are beautiful! Boche ball was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay here again

Not elaborate but more than adequate

Very clean and for us a good location. Had a little trouble getting old shower so that I had hot water. Very quiet complex. We used the pool and hot tub. Felt great. Close to a grocery store and a few spots for casual dinning.

Exactly what we needed!

The contacts of this organization were very easy to work with throughout our stay! We needed a late check-in which they accommodated well with specific instructions, as well as a slightly later check-out which they again made easy for us. The facilities were exactly what we needed for our short stay and we used the hot tub every night! Great location with less than 10 minute drive to anything in Scottsdale. We would stay here again!
