This home is located in the very desirable upscale area of Scottsdale, AZ.

Close to MANY restaurants and upscale Steakhouses, Lots of Shopping, Close to TPC - Waste Management Open (9min), Westworld of Scottsdale(7min), Old Town Scottsdale (15min), Talking Stick Resort/Casino(9min), Talking Stick Arena (30min), Ice Den (8min), Butterfly Wonderland (6min), Topgolf (10min), Talking Stick Resort Arena (30min), State Farm Stadium (34min), Chase Field (29min), Phoenix Suns Arena (30min).

This home is big and spacious for small groups. Very nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood. The home was just beautifully renovated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, tiled showers, plush new carpet and nice touches throughout that make for a comfortable stay. Very tastefully decorated. Very Comfortable mattresses.

Kitchen is very Large with kitchen island and great for staying in and cooking a meal. High end appliances and very well stocked. equipped with cookware, supplies and double oven.

Dish Satellite service for TV and High speed internet (WIFI).

You will love the comfort of this property!

Had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale at this property. House was beautifully furnished. Quiet neighborhood and a close drive to everything we needed to access. Would most certainly stay here again if ever in the area. Owner was very responsive.

Loved our stay here! The house was updated, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the comfortable sectional and enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The host was very easy to work with and very responsive. Check in was very easy. Definitely recommend!

This is an incredible/beautiful residence in a quiet neighborhood! Extremely close to West World/Barrett Jackson/Waste Management golf tournament. Can’t go wrong here. Host is extremely responsive and very accommodating.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful home. It’s in a quiet residential area, but close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, with very convenient access to all that Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer. Everything in the house was excellent quality so you feel like you are in a “home”, rather than a “rental.” We like to cook at home so I really appreciated the good quality pots and pans and nice dishes. And I know this may sound silly, but it’s the first place we’ve rented where there were actually enough hangers in the closet! We would definitely stay here again!

This home was so beautiful and roomy. This was a girls trip with 2 friends from high school. It was wonderful to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was very safe and everything went perfectly for our 5 nights.

Fun in the sun

Me, my Husband, my Brother and my Sister arrived on Saturday. My Sister arrived earlier than us and didn't realize the check in time. She was allowed to enter which was very nice. We totally enjoyed this beautiful setting. The house has all the amenities you think you need when staying somewhere else. Recommend fully.

Another wonderful stay

Deanna rescued my stepmother and me last year when we had to move out of another vrbo property that was nothing like it was advertised (warning: this property is still listed here). Her home is absolutely spectacular, with high end finishes throughout and every little thing covered. In addition, I've never stayed at another vrbo property that was as spotless as this one. For this stay, Deanna really outdid herself, though. I reached out prior to the stay to see what kind of coffeemaker was in the home. She mentioned there was a "regular" one but could also provide a Keurig is we would like. I figured this meant someone would pull it out from a locked cabinet or drop it off, but no...on our first day, a huge Amazon package arrived with a brand-new Keurig and a ton of creamer! That really was going well above and beyond expectations. And Deanna's communications all along are simply exemplary. I can't recommend this home highly enough!
