    Newly furnished and ready to host your group`s vacation. Plenty of parking, a perfect location, and the beautiful half-enclosed backyard patio with abundant seating is sure to have you coming back for more!

    This beautiful home is furnished with exquisite attention to detail from head-to-toe, prepared to host any type of group!

    Featuring flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a brand new washer/dryer- we are prepared to host your group whether you are just dropping into town or staying a while.

    A well equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances means you will have more than enough ability to host!

    When you stay at this home, you will have the entire space to yourself. Prior to your check-in time, your access instructions will be sent for you to review.

    This property is right in the heart of Old-Town Scottsdale, just steps from the San Francisco Giants spring training facility. 5 minutes north of Tempe and 5 to the west of attractions like Top Golf and Talking Stick Casino.

The place was convenient clean had all the amenities plus a bit more that we didn’t expect. We had a very comfortable night sleep. There was a little bit of a kerfuffle with getting the code to access the household started, but it was immediately rectified as soon as the owner became aware. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay in this property while visiting family in the Phoenix area. It was a great homebase in the Valley with easy freeway access and a good location generally.

Overall, very good, pet friendly and no problems with parking. Clean and good climate control and water pressure/temperature. Proximity to the 101 Fwy makes it convenient to travel in any direction in a short timeframe.

We loved the house and location. Nice yard and covered patio made it easy to enjoy the weather with our pups. Only comment is a few more dish towels would be nice. Management was very responsive when we had a need. Overall a very nice clean home, we would stay again.

This home is clean, a short block away from a grocery store, and an easy drive to old town Scottsdale, Tempe, and even downtown Phoenix. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The place was comfortable for my family of 4. We were able to drive to Sedona and Grand Canyon and also check out downtown Scottsdale.

Location and house were great. Kitchen supplies pretty sparse but we bought bare necessities we needed. Overall, excellent stay and I may do it again.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This house is in a great location - very close to everything in Scottsdale, but in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was good prior to our check-in and throughout our stay. House was as expected and clean. The backyard patio is a great place to enjoy the mornings and evenings.
