Wonderful rental close to stadiums and mall

Great rental, bed was comfortable, great spot for getting to places in Arrowhead Peoria Area, responsive host, and close to freeways! Nicely maintained unit and has a private patio. Community pool too!

Our stay was almost a month. Not many complaints but there were a lot of gnats and there was a lot of dust/dirt around the edges of the wall in the bedroom. Pillows were flat, bed wasn’t too comfortable We ran out of laundry detergent but that’s okay. Overall okay stay

Excellent place to stay.

I stayed here for a month and loved it. Everything was very clean. The host was very attentive and helped us out several times over our stay. Great amenities. Very comfortable bed as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back next time I am in the area.

Stay in Glendale!

Overall the property was above average. First impression when we arrived the back fence needs updating and re-staining. A better locking system on the fence would be a upgrade. The condo itself was nicely done. Very homey. The kitchen lacked some utensils that Dave addressed right away. It very close to shopping, restaurants, bike trails, and fitness center. Dave was very helpful in providing information on the area and responded very quickly to get the TV working properly. The barking dogs in two different condos were pretty constant and disturbing. And by the way the pool is not heated. Which was disappointing. Lots to do, good location and Dave was excellent to work with.

Still the best

Charles is so gracious and thoughtful . The location is the perfect for walkability but still ensures that you get your daily steps :) The town has really really good dining options, like Grand Case dining options. La Chiva beach is far from all population centers so this place is as good as any for fans of La Chiva. Wild horses , random iguanas and a multitude of chickens on the island gives you options for feeding the animals 😉 we try to stay here at least once a year and will keep coming back as long as Charles allows 😊

Glendale gem

This one bedroom one bath little apartment had everything we needed. It was very well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. We walked in the neighborhood often and only 10 min drive to Thunderbird Conservation Park for hiking. Location was great. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. I’m hoping we can stay here again in the near future.

Thank you Dave for letting us enjoy your condo. As new Phoenix area residents, it was a good central location for us to explore the area.learn our way around, and keep track of our new home being built in Verrado. Thanks also for being helpful with the TV and mailbox issues.

Everything you need for a perfect stay!

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals in the past 10 years and this by far has been the tops for cleanliness and decor! The owner David was very nice and willing to work with us to make our vacation stay the best. It was so kind of him to allow our small dogs. The place was very easy to get to as David gave us detailed instructions. Loved the location..so convenient to get to and close to our children who live in the area. Thanks David for a great place to hang out while visiting the area!

David was very accommodating. The cottage is clean, nicely decorated and very warm and inviting. Kitchen has what you need if you want to eat in. Loved our stay and will be back.
