Stunning custom home situated in Sunridge Canyon offers guests a chance to truly relax and unwind. Located with close proximity to Adero resort, Sunridge Canyon Golf Club and Eagle Mountain Golf Club and only minutes to downtown Fountain Hills where the world famous fountain goes off every hour. Quaint restaurants, cafes, boutiques and salon/spa’s await your visit. This home is set up as a retreat to revel in the mountain views , incredible sunrises & sunsets, with all the comforts of home.
The space
Spacious residence with an oversized granite kitchen, stocked with cookware essentials ensures a pleasant visit. Kinetico alkaline water system for amazing drinking water on tap. Partitioned bar area complete with a wine refrigerator flows into the cozy living room complete with smart TV and cable, then to the game room all which accommodate year round relaxation and entertainment. The backyard boasts patio seating and dining under the pergola, a grill, pool and lounge chairs to soak up the sunny days. A three car garage is dedicated for guests parking.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy all the features of the home, inside and out as well as the picturesque North Heights neighborhood, a great place to take an evening stroll, though dont be surprised if you see some wildlife scampering through the canyon washes just steps away from the driveway. Wifi is excellent for those not quite able to hop off grid too.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5 (https://fountainhills.town.codes/TC/8-6-5). Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay

Loved the location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - sitting outside was a highlight, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The owner was very responsive and kind throughout. The house is fairly dark throughout, but the lighting by skylight was very creative and pleasant. The primary suite was super comfortable, only the lighting in the bathroom was lacking. The pool was smaller than it appeared, but kept clean and warm - just right. We hope to stay again sometime!

Fountain Hills Vacation House

My family has rented many VRBO homes around the country and this ranks right up there with the best. The home was beautifully decorated throughout. Cleanliness was not an issue; it was spotless. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed as well. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals. The home is in a wonderful location in Fountain Hills with beautiful views. It was so peaceful we never heard a peep other than the birds. We are so grateful to Sara for allowing us to stay in such a lovely home. She is an amazing host, quick to respond to any questions during the booking and during our stay. We highly recommend this home fand look forward to a future stay. Curt & Nancy

Stress-free Scottsdale

Wonderful house. Made us feel like we were at home. Location is premium we are golfers close to many top courses to play. Restaurants, shopping and night life all just a few miles away. Thanks for a great stay Sara would definitely stay here again.

Stunner of a property

Wow. Just, wow. We have stayed in a lot of lovely rentals and this is far and away the loveliest house of them all. The owner was responsive and incredibly friendly which is always appreciated. The neighborhood is pure peace and quiet. Looking forward to staying here again (and again and again)!
