Situated in a quiet and highly desired neighborhood in East Mesa, beautiful and comfortable Davis Oasis is a 5 BR, 3 BA, two story home with resort amenities. The home is conveniently close to spectacular sightseeing, golf, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters.
The backyard provides an exciting private oasis with a pool with a rock slide, private seating under grotto, fire pit, heated spa and a covered ramada with a tv, dining furniture and a play area for kids. Guests can help themselves to the seasonal fruit on our pretty citrus trees. The Superstition Mountains in the distance enhance the overall picturesque setting.

Situated in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood, this home is conveniently close to spectacular sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. It is in a cul de sac overlooking a park.

The outdoor adventurer has easy access to natural attractions such as Apache Trail and Usery Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking opportunities and the Verde and Salt Rivers for water recreation. There are many golfing choices to include the popular Coyote Run and Apache Creek courses. Cubs spring training in Sloan Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale and the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert are nearby and offer exciting experiences in the rich and diverse East Valley. Home is also close to our annual Renaissance Festival and Artisan Marketplace.

In addition to prime location, this home is spacious and possesses many upgrades. The great room is bright, cozy and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable seating for many and a large smart TV for streaming with a cozy electric fireplace.

The modern and bright kitchen is well stocked for stress-free meal preps. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances and tile floors. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your choice of gourmet roast. There is bar and table seating with views of the exquisite enclosed backyard and pool. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy for a family or couples:
-Generous primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, (2) walk-in closet and private bath with a tub-shower combo.
-Bedroom 2 upstairs has a twin bed that overlooks the serene park.

-Bedroom 5 downstairs has a twin bed with a smart tv for viewing.

We take our kids and visit Mesa ever year because we have family there. We all had so much fun at this property, both kids and adults. While you have to message the host to get the pool turned on, the host was very responsive and we were still able to be spontaneous when we wanted to use it. The fenced in play area was perfect for the little ones and the property sits right next to a grass area at the end of a cul-de-sac so everyone could get out and run around/throw or kick a ball. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Mesa!

We had a great time. Kids absolutely loved the pool.We had to call and request every time we wanted the pool features turned on, but the hosts were wonderful about and was never a wait. We would return to this property if we ever go back to Mesa. Thank you

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful Mesa home. Any issue we had, which most were minimal, the host was quick to respond and helped us right away. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Arizona! Thank you for a great stay!

The property was great and location was perfect for us. Quiet cul-de-sac. We used 2 bedrooms, the master and queen. This property is set up more for a family with kids as you can see on the pictures with single beds, etc. in the other 3 bedrooms. Wouldhighly recommend.

Our stay in AZ was to get out of the cold weather of MT. House and property were clean. Beds were comfortable. The property lacked some key items for comfort and relaxing, like living room tables, extra seating, sun chairs outside, blankets and games. For a family with young children, the house would be perfect, but with teenage children who like to lounge, there wasn't enough places to kick back or items within the house to do. The outside was super nice, and the slide and pool were great. One thing that did limit the feeling of true vaca was that you have to call to get the outdoor features turned on, like the hot tub, slide, lights. The Owner was pretty responsive, but then you would need to wait for the tub or pool to heat. Definitely limited spontaneity. Overall, a fine house in a good and growing location.

My overall experience here was wonderful. Very clean, didn’t find one thing wrong with the stay. The only suggestion I would have, the patio sitting area needs a surround sound or speakers. Other than that, love it!

We loved staying at this house, which had an awesome pool and outdoor area for the kids and adults. Everything was clean and had plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. I do wish there was some side tables and/or coffee table in the family room to make the area more comfortable, but overall excellent stay!
