The Neighborhood:
The Paloma Paseo neighborhood is located in the Scottsdale Foothills just off E Shea Blvd a few miles from Fountain Hills. Easy access to the 101, Sonesta Select Mayo Campus and Fountain Hills.

Other Things to Note:
Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heating is optional and available for an additional $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Parking Information:
No Garage Access – Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. EV Charging Available upon request.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy:
This property enforces a STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY. The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and removal of this property from hosting platforms. Guests must respect the neighborhood and adhere to quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Security & Noise Monitoring:
For guest safety and occupancy verification, a Ring doorbell camera is installed and is used only for monitoring real occupancy and emergency situations. Additional exterior security cameras monitor the side access gates for security purposes.

The property is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels remain within reasonable limits. This system does not record sounds or conversations—it simply monitors decibel levels to promote a respectful and enjoyable stay for all.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
