COZY HOME WITH SPARKLING POOL AND PET FRIENDLY

Come to enjoy and relax this swimming pool home, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room and a nice back yard with trees. Pool is not heated
The home is in a quiet working class neighborhood Close to Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler and only 12 minutes to Phoenix International Airport, cubs field casino, mall, shopping center and light rail. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
This home is non smoking, no parties
There is a camera outside facing the front and back of the house for your security. Original house was separated in two sections and converted into studio completely separated from each other, the attached Studio is occupied by a long term tenant.
There is washer and dryer for your convenience, blankets and bedspreads are cleaned or changed out completely after each guest.
We do allow pets (up to 2 dogs) to stay, for an additional fee, All other animals require pre-approval and pet fees will apply. $100 per pet per stay,This does not include cleaning up dog droppings or any damage caused by the pet (there will be an extra charge if we have to pick up after your dog or make repairs/replacements due to damage) Notice: when you book it won't include this fee so will be ad additional later. Please remember there is a long term tenant on the other side of the house.

You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. That’s this property!We stayed at this house for 12 days for spring training baseball. The house was clean, but to be honest that was about it. The pictures make this place look pretty good. If the owner gets what we paid per night, I would invest some into the property. We have never stayed at a house before that relied on a curtain rod to lock the patio door. The lock on the patio door was completely broken. Patio door screen is torn so you can’t use it unless you like the bugs to come in. Exhaust fan in bath needs replaced, very loud and sounds like the motor is ready to go out. Stains on rugs in living room and kitchen area, (a quick clean would make them look better.) Ceiling fans need a deep clean! Disgusting to look up over the dining room table on the white fan and see black dirt/ dust. You better like odd sounds coming from the AC. For being on what was a described as a quiet street it seemed like a lot of traffic sped thru at all hours. We had a party next-door to us that went on until 3:30am. It was not a quiet party by any means! We couldn’t use the pool until our 4th day since it was not cleaned or treated until the pool guy showed-which was a day later than owner told us, temps were 90. Pool is not heated but at least have a solar cover to warm it up. Patio furniture torn wicker furniture-new cushions needed all around. You need to be comfortable having tenant in the back. Would not recommend this one!

This property had everything that we needed and the host responded to our questions immediately. The orange tree out back with delicious ripe oranges was a great surprise. We spent most of our time in Apache Junction, so the location could have been better for us. Thank you Mercedes!

COZY!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house has everything we expected clean, comfortable kitchen, great wanted and expected. Clean, comfortable . The kitchen had plenty of kitchenware. Beds were comfortable we got to use the pool. Our dog loved the backyard and so did we. Great communication with Mercedes the host, she answered any question within minutes. Everything was wonderful. We will be booking this place in the future, again.

Visit to granddaughters

This cute property had everything we needed for our visit to our son and his family. The description listed is very accurate, no surprises. People mentioned trying to find light switches and bedroom furniture arrangement were not optimal but nothing I found to detract from the many other positives! I was looking for an affordable place with a pool and could not have been happier with this spot. The hostess responded immediately questions before and during our stay. Close to a few grocery stores to stock up for your visit. A very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Good central location to what we were doing

Sloan Park. Caught two cubs games here and in Goodyear AZ. Pool could use a solar heater, but it is March...Lots of good Mex and Asian eats nearby. Close to shopping and booze. Quiet neighborhood.

on the verge of greatness

First and foremost, the host is extremely responsive to messeges and questions. The beds/linens were of good quality, clean and comfortable. There are some odd quirks about the home, not bad, but just had to get used to. The light switch for the overhead light in the kitchen is behind the refridgerator, took us awhile to find it. There is no light switch by the front door for an inside light, so one needs to leave a light on if returning after dark. The king bed is positioned so that the person on on one side has 18" of clearence between the bed & wall, there is also no nightstand to place glasses/cell phone on when sleeping on this "tight" side of the bed. If the dresser were moved to a different wall, this would allow easy access to the king bed for both people sleeping. There is parking in the driveway off the street, which is a good thing as there was often no place to park on the street, the driveway is illuminated by a motion light. The four of us adults found the backyard to be very enjoyable. Two comfy chaise lounges as well as a four person outdoor glass table with umbrella was nice to have lunch outside on. Pool was not heated but we were fine with the chilly temp. I am an avid cook, there were a few shortcomings in the kitchen, no steak knives, knives were very dulll, only a couple of storage containers. we would gladly stay at this property again, we liked the location and amenities of the property.

Mesa life

The house has been updated and is very comfy and well appointed, and very clean. I was visiting my daughter and she asked for a specific home cooked meal, easily accomplished in Mercedes' kitchen. Unlike the house I am in now in another city which has almost nothing in the kitchen. She was very responsive to emails and helpful. The oranges from her tree are amazing-probably the best I have ever had. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to 101 and other major roadways. Its an older, well maintained neighborhood in Mesa. I would stay there again.

Cozy Mesa home

The property was as described with a very homey feel. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool, which was bigger than the shared pool at the condo where my daughter stayed. The host was friendly and responded immediately to any message sent to her!

We enjoyed our stay. We came to see a concert at Mesa Amphitheater. Great place to see a music concert. We enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay. The place had all we needed for our stay.
