Cozy and Cute 2 story home in Gilbert 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths 2 car garage

Cozy, comfortable and functional single-family home with 3 bed 2.5 bath Garage and backyard in Willows neighborhood community. Home is small almost like a townhome but it is a 2-story single family home with no walls touching the neighbors. Community pool and parks. However, pools are not heated and water is too cold in winters or even in spring/fall to swim unless you are really brave and tough! Pools are walking distance but there are no rest rooms in the pool area, just a Ramada. Fast WiFi (1 Gbps which is fast!) and 2 new smart TVs Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney and Hulu .

Home has stairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs but it can be a challenge for someone who cannot climb stairs to stay in this house for too long. Please consider that before booking.

No pets please!

There are 3 queen beds in 3 bedrooms upstairs. The sofa is long and could be possibly napped on. I have taken a nap there myself!

My wife and I invested a lot of money and effort to make this home nice. We just got all vinyl floors installed all over the house. No more carpet in the house because we get allergies from carpet and won't want our guests to suffer either. Either tile or vinyl. Almost all new furniture and furnishings everywhere in the house.

You are not too far from 202 so you can get anywhere in town. Fry's grocery store really close. San Tan Valley shopping center is not too far. Plenty of places to eat nearby. However, this is a suburban neighborhood and you will need a car or use Uber to get around.

Garage for your car and if you have more cars you can park in the driveway. Laundry room with washer and dryer. We will provide detergent for your convenience.

This is a good place to live peacefully but not a place to party. Please no loud noises or loud music. Please plan on being respectful of the neighbors and the community. Sorry, I cannot do ultra short term rentals for the weekend only because the HOA does not allow it. Minimum is one week and longer term is preferred. You will be given HOA rules that you will need to abide by.

We live in Scottsdale about 30 minutes away. I try to be very responsive so feel free to contact me before, during or after your stay and I will try to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I do work a full time job so once you book, text will be the best method to communicate but I can be available to talk as well if necessary.
