📄 Rental Agreement

All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement prior to check-in. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:



🔸 You accept the rental terms and conditions

🔸 You agree to provide valid ID and a matching credit card before check-in

🔸 You may be required to pass a background check if mandated by the building

🔸 Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed



⚠️ Repeated violations of house rules may result in removal from the property, with any related expenses being the guest’s responsibility.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



🐾 Pet Policy (For Pet-Friendly Units Only)

Pets are welcome in designated units with prior approval. To avoid cancellation or fees, please inform us before your stay if you are bringing a pet.



🐕‍🦺 Pet Cleaning Fees (Per Pet):

– 1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

- 8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

- 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate

📶 Noise Sensors: Installed in units to monitor volume levels (no audio is recorded). Tampering will result in a fine.
