The home boasts an open living area and kitchen w/ dining area and a large master bedroom w/ attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked and upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a covered back patio with seating, propane BBQ, pool, and citrus trees.

*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.

This comfortable 4bd/2ba property is located in Surprise near the Loop 303 freeway. The home boasts an open living area and kitchen w/ dining area and a large master bedroom w/ attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked and upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a covered back patio with cushioned seating, propane BBQ, pool, and citrus trees.



This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area. The home is 2047 square feet with vaulted ceilings and has been recently furnished. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.  There is no street parking allowed in the community.



SLEEPING AREAS:

Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet

Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed

Guest bedroom #2 with bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin)

Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed



COMMON AREAS:

Large kitchen and dining area all open to a family room with additional adjacent living room.

A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.



(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



PARKING:

Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.



When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.



Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

LONG TERM STAYS:

This property will require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $400, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.



If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums and Phoenix International Raceway. 



If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Phoenix is not known for its abundance of public transportation. 



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*Smoking of any kind is not permitted on this property. Additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found upon check-out.

*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.

*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Uber and Lyft is an option as well.

Amazing Stay

Our stay here was for close to 2 months. The management company was so accommodating and answered back right away if we had a question. The house was perfect for myself and my coaches as well as players coming and going that stayed. The pool was clean and so amazing to go into especially at night. The space was absolutely perfect and relaxing! We will definitely be booking next summer if it’s available!

Extended stay 7 weeks .. Loved the pool, grill and quiet neighborhood.. Great place to unwind after a a long 12 hour day when you are away from home!
